2. Did not provide the original (fox news-afied) video to the Defense, instead giving them the cropped and crushed version
3. Did not provide the CLEAN version they got later on -- as in, the version NOT from the Fox News feed with the Fox News branding -- to the Defense.

The same happened to Zimmerman, but Zimmerman had the benefit of being Hispanic. Yes, Kyle is, too, but he's commonly seen as white.
