It would be a mega-Karen move to have the only copy and then lie to the other jurors about what's in it. So that's what I believe happened. And after the other jurors got sick of that shit they asked for their own. I don't know why they didn't all get one in the first place, but whatever. They got copies for everyone day 1. First just the self defense pages, then the whole thing later in the day.
Edit: If the "foreman is the only holdout" theory is correct, that explains this nicely. Tried to change minds on self defense, then everything else when that didn't work.
Couldn't she just refuse to ask for extra copies since she's the foreman? It would be a mega-Karen move to have the only copy and then lie to the other jurors about what's in it. Arson itself is considered a deadly threat in some cases, so poor choice of example. If they say that then very well, but that's the only way someone could actually prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the provocation was deliberate.
>Provocation without intent requires an illegal act
Do you think if the situation was reversed that arson would have actually allowed for this standard to have been met?
The point is that it's clearly a law designed to give undue powers to those who control public opinion and by extension the definition of provocation.
Speculation based on what is likely with what we know about the jury, then a rumor started by Poso THEN the handwriting.Do we actually know it's a Karen holding up the verdict, or is that just social media speculation based on handwriting analysis of the note? For all we know that was done by a clerk. It seems like a lot of it just comes from Barnes and his bullshit whining because he didn't get to stay on the defense team.
It’s definitely happened. IIRC the foreman in the Scott Peterson trial was kicked out by the rest of the jury because he was one of a couple holdouts. At this point, I think the foreman is punishing the other jurors by refusing to inform the judge the jury is hung. The jury foreman is by all accounts one of the diehard holdouts. They control questions and notes. Not sure if there is a procedure to replace the foreman, but I presume it’ll happen before long if nothing changes.
No normal person would hold their ground this longDo we actually know it's a Karen holding up the verdict, or is that just social media speculation based on handwriting analysis of the note? He'd still have an unfair height advantage over Ralph.damn he should have gotten into a LE EBIN fist fight with ethan ralph considering his height
Literally the only thing we have to try and back it up is while the Defense said Kyle "dropped" the fire extinguisher, the Prosecution said he "put down" the fire extinguisher and the latter is the term the note has, personally I have some doubts the Karen is the Foreman, if only because the Jury would be unlikely to have the Foreman be a Guilty hardliner while they supposedly have a Not Guilty supermajority, and if the Guilty voters are actually the supermajority that's really bad news for Kyle.Do we actually know it's a Karen holding up the verdict, or is that just social media speculation based on handwriting analysis of the note? Only in a Clown World is this possible.Barnes just leaked that the forewoman named Karen who is definitely trying to convince the rest of the jury that Rittenhouse is guilty has a shoe size of 7.5 and her favorite color is green.
I think it's from the foreman. The clerk wouldn't misspell Rosenbaum's name and wouldn't have had to make a correction for forgetting to write "Mr."Do we actually know it's a Karen holding up the verdict, or is that just social media speculation based on handwriting analysis of the note? I don't know the legal team building history of Kyle's defense team but what's the connection between Barnes and the Rittenhouse team other than what we've heard from Barnes himself. Was he actually on the defense team?Do we actually know it's a Karen holding up the verdict, or is that just social media speculation based on handwriting analysis of the note? A thought. Everyone seemed happy on the jury at the end of the day. Guilty-bros would be losing their minds at a single NG holdout. I was about to disagree with you, but then I realized that I'm probably not normal: I would hang that jury if it was 11 guilty vs me NOT guilty on ANY counts. No normal person would hold their ground this long
Imagine sharing a country with them"any remotely civilised nation"
God I fucking hate Euros...
Assuming this is accurate - This actually bodes really well.View attachment 2729236
I'm so confused. If I was a juror I would want to skin whoever is holding this up alive. Are they just dragging it out for teh lulz? Why is everybody so lackadaisical about this (including the defense)??
