A trial verdict in Wisconsin doesn't change a single damn thing about the law in Florida.

probably but the group i was with was attacked just as viscously as kyles group was. We collectively made the decision to leave in coordination with the police because we were all concerned about consequences of killing someone. Had we not been concerned, we would of cleaned house.

We had bottles and rocks thrown at us, we had random gunshots shot at us, we were followed by lunatics as we retreated and even at one point force to fist fight just to get out.

A major fight broke out at WaWa between us and BLM niggers. Like 20 people were hurt. Casualties were split even between BLM and us

The police literally were telling us if we broke the law we would be arrested but the other guys could break the law it was fine. But our side was coordinating with law enforcement.

Too early to celebrate. The 29th is the time to celebrate that one.

They have to ship guys in, outfit and arm them, and come up with their game plans. Couldn't be done earlier for a variety of reasons (I'd happily get into it if asked) so there would be a delay in any attempts. But yah, after -next- weekend is the all-clear time.
It would be truly symbolic if these clowns protested on Thanksgiving weekend instead of being with family and friends. Very apt.

So amerikiwis, how do you think your Thanksgiving dinner will be affected by this? Shouting matches between liberal wine aunt and right wing vet grandpa? The entire table talking in hushed fearful tones about how the Nazis are finally back? Woke teenage cousin screaming after her 13yo brother said the word sneed? Awkward silence after all of that happens at once? Or will they not give a fuck and just enjoy the meal?
Thank God I have no lib family members. Even the people we date are more based than we are. I'm just glad I wasn't at work when the verdict came in.

I've seen that "argument" today and yesterday alot and I don't understand it. All of them love to justify their chimpouts by saying that shit, but NOONE MAKES THEM CHOOSE BETWEEN VANDALIZE AND MURDER.
I don't understand.
These are the same people who argue that income inequality destroys your humanity. They know it matters.
Property is important. It's what we buy and work for and it is bought by the only resource we all have plenty of: TIME.
What you choose to do with your time is represented in your livelihood, your property, your family. It is valuable because of the time and effort you have invested with your own hands.
They degrade human life by trying to separate it from the material conditions it needs to live and thrive.

According to information that came out later, Jacob Blake stole the keys to his ex’s minivan with 3 kids inside of it, had a knife, then used the stolen keys to get into said vehicle. Unless these facts surrounding the incident that lead to the officer shooting Blake have magically changed, the Kenosha riots happened in response to a cop protecting 3 kids from a kidnapping/attempted murder.

The cop that shot Blake is a damn hero. This entire riot happened because BLM intentionally chooses the worst cases to champion. Why? They are looking to incite a white mob to start murdering black neighborhoods at random. Look at every shooting/death BLM has raged over, all of them were explainable after an investigation was held, but the media always squelches the evidence. Even worse, on their face the incidents were easily explained, but the media made sure to cover it all up. The only exception was a case in the northeast US near the end of Obama’s term I can’t even remember, where a black man died of a spinal injury. Even George Floyd was a dead man walking with that many drugs in his system, negligent manslaughter was the only charge that made sense.

That’s right, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that desired Rittenhouse’s life to be ruined has no choice but to go yell at the two groups that actually started it. But they won’t because why fight a mob and the media when you can bully one young boy? Cowards, the whole lot of them.

I know on the polls I picked “somehow guilty of two mutually exclusive charges”, because I figured that if the jury folded, it would be in such a way that everyone and their grandma would call bullshit and the judge would toss out the case on the spot. I wasn’t placing my faith in the jury, I was placing my faith in things becoming so unbelievably stupid that the judge would have to intervene to save his own skin. Thankfully things didn’t get that exceptional, but it looked like it down to the wire.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Scott Alexander's "scissor" theory explains this. They purposefully choose cases that are obviously justified violence so that it will break down along party lines and they can use it to demonize their opposition. They would never rally against real injustice that all parties and races can agree on. It's about pushing their followers to get more extreme and ONLY consider race to determine their opinion, rather than careful consideration of the facts. And each time they do this, society's fabric gets torn a little bit more.

Eurofag here so bully me, but I have a question. As one user has pointed out before, doesn’t President Biden‘s statement on Kyle Rittenhouse’s veredict violate the separation of powers? Is there no type of legal impediment that prevents a member of the executive from ruling a decision of the juridiary? It doesn’t seem correct to me that a member of the government can rule on judicial decisions.
No, the different branches can criticize each other all they want. There are just specific powers they can't "take" from each other. So Biden can bitch all he wants, but the courts don't have to listen. From what I understand, the UK has much stricter laws about NO ONE talking about ongoing court cases in the media, which I can see the benefit of in terms of assuring a fair trial. In the US, we value free speech higher, so everyone talks shit constantly, all the time, and you just learn to tune it out.

What ends up happening is that the president mouths off about stuff, and the court then uses his comments to smack down any orders he tries to push through. Trump was not able to put a "are you a citizen?" question on the census because at one point he said he wanted it on there for reasons that could be interpreted as political. And Biden's mandate just got smacked down because his chief of staff said it was a "workaround" that suggested they didn't actually have the power to do it. So the court just lets them speak and condemns them for it eventually.

Honestly, you Americans should be proud that your right to self defense has been cemented in a (even though it should not have been) highly controversial trial. You actually are allowed to protect yourselves if someone tries to injure or take your life. In shithole Eurocuck land we are not allowed to defend ourselves, we are not allowed to use more force than what is being used against us. In other words, regardless of me having a weapons-license and the aggressor not having one, they have to shoot me for me being allowed to shoot them. God bless the united states of America! I hope you guys can work past your differences and once again be a model country for the rest of the world. You are the hope of the western world.
See, that "equivalent force" thing is bullshit. In America, it's specifically that you can use anything HIGHER than what is being used against you. That's why police can use guns against a knife. Both are lethal; it's not their fault you picked the less efficient one.

Yikes, why would a university need to release a statement on the verdict?

Neither Black lives nor those of their allies matter.
holy fucking based

Glad Kyle is free

Does this mean its open season on Antifa during riots? I have some rubber bullets for my glock but i never used them last year because i was worried about consequences...but a couple of times i found myself in the shit. In Tampa me and some other dudes had to fist fight our way out of a crowd of lunatic Antifa types. We were followed for almost a mile down Fowler Avenue with shit thrown at us and cops had totally just retreated and did nothing.

I literally had people's faces on the barrel of my gun in some of the riots in Orlando and Tampa screaming at me at times.

So can I shoot them now?

What sort of precedent does this set?

God I want to shoot these people. Somebody tell me its OK to shoot these faggots and ill shoot them. It seems like its ok now after this trial
See above; all Americans are now permitted to kill niggers and nigger-lovers, they're going to amend the constitution and everything

Just assume shooting somebody always means you'll go to prison for a long-ass time. So don't do it unless the situation is so bad that prison is preferable.

Sadly already fighting with my sister about this dog shit. I like one post about the topic and she comes storming in my dms screaming at me. God help me when I visit family this coming week.

We must address the real issue at the heart of this scandal: German-on-German violence

When Germany sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing bratwurst. They’re bringing lederhosen. They’re autists. And some, I assume, are good people.

He very much joked about being part of the club.

I wish I could remember what day he did it on so I could go digging for a time stamp.
Some will call me a schizo for this, but if these two DO turn out to be Masons, then everyone who sympathized with Kyle (myself included!) is in for a very sad shock.

Wisconsin minimum age to join is 21, so unlikely Kyle is a Mason.
It's a men's club that does charity. Conspiracy niggers need to calm down.
