There is no consistency with him because he doesn't take sides, he only cares about feeling "superior" than others.

The pig finally has lied and said that he has had "thousands of dollars" in fradulent credit card transactions from his account. He says he went to the police with it but they did nothing.

This is how he is going to gaslight that he never spent thousands of dollars on WWE champions to his audience and that for over a year this has been happening and he just never noticed.

I knew he was eventually going to get to this point. I don't think that piggy ever does much of anything with much forethought, but he's seemed to be building towards this. He's mentioned 'fraudulent charges' before this, but always in a very general way. By now specifically saying that there were 'thousands of dollars' of fraudulent charges, he's obviously decided that the way to play all the iTunes charges is gonna be to claim they were bogus. I wouldn't be surprised if he eventually gets even more specific and gets right into saying shit like 'those charges were made deliberately to make it appear as though I've been frivolously spending money on things like Champions and Door Dash'. He clearly has no compunction with lying to the extent that he already has, and I can't see that changing.

As usual with DSP though, regardless of how surely I expect him to do something, it still manages to somewhat stun me when he actually does it, because it's usually such a gross and blatant amount of lying. I guess I always like to think that even scumbags like him will eventually reach a limit to how much of that they can do.

How in the fuck can you claim $5000 - $10000 have been stolen from your credit card due to the identity theft in September when you don't have a credit card?

This is his bank statement for thr bank account, he lost all the credit cards in the bankruptcy fraud case. His credit is complete fuckin shit that you couldn't use his identity if you stole it. The credit report Boof did proves that. You couldn't get a credit card, you couldn't get a loan in his name, the best thing Boof could have done is apply for a job.

This is how it went down at the Police Station which never happened because we all know shitbeard did nothing. He walked in and told them my identity was stolen, they asked for his evidence and he presented the leaks. Officer Sander then asked how much was stole and King Piggy said nothing. Officer Sanders then laughed at him and said not even $11.95? And the rest of the station laughed, Phill cried, jumped on Khet's back and went home.

There is nothing pushing her to leave whatsoever. Why would working a part time job at $500 a week achieve the opposite result? So what if she has some spending money, maybe she'll get an xbox and ps5, or a PC or something. The only way she'll consider leaving is if Phil expects her to be equal partners, because then there is no reason to put up with him. She might as well at that point move into a shitty apartment with some stranger. The appeal of him was "you don't need to pay bills, you just need to stick around", and if that is gone then nothing about it is worth it.

That is why Kat is never going to leave. Kat is a grifter with some MAJOR psychological issues that only many many years of therapy can fix. You just don't pick up anything and have some random female move into your place, unless it's a roommate situation, and you screened her VERY WELL! Phil was able to charm her, fly her out, and showed her how her life can be easy. He'll pay all the bills, she'll get free room and board, her own room, and all she has to do is pay for her own DoorDash and try not to be break another $500 vaccum.

Phil has mentioned before they sleep in separate bedrooms because of his snoring. Leanna had no issue with that, but Kat does? I digress.

Kat is NEVER going to leave Phil unless she can upgrade to a bigger and better position. Do I see that happening? No. She has NOWHERE else to go, so, she's going to follow Phil until he dies and after that, Kat is up shit creek without a paddle.

Phil soft confirmed that he does his grocery shopping through delivery today. What a stupid bitch.

Which means that every time he's complained about not having enough money before his day off for groceries has now become a possible lie. It's like he has a constant need to just blurt out things that make him look worse than he did before.

So with him darting his eyes around the room like he always does when he's making up a big lie on the fly, he says the people he showed evidence of a crime told him to just give up?

Yeah right....

What evidence could he even have? He has months of these "unsolicited" transactions, why anyone would allow something like this to happen for that long is beyond anyone with a functioning brain.

One of the first things they would/should have done is gone over the spending. The idea that he and his lawyer saw thousands upon thousands of dollars being spent on iTunes gift cards and DSP just thought "Oh, that must be business expenses I guess." without looking into it is absolutely the dumbest thing ANYBODY could try to pass off as a truth. I hate to think I live in a world where somebody could see their bank account being drained of thousands of dollars with no idea or reason as to why it's happening and just shrug it off.

Unless you have the receipts for his grocery store visits, there is no way to prove he buys iTunes gift cards. The iTunes payments on his bank account are from the Apple IAP charging his card for a microtansaction in the game. Gift cards would put the balance onto his iTunes account and when IAP pulls from that, it won't show up on the bank account as there is no interaction there.

All the courts would've likely known is that Phil is a streamer that plays games and that the iTunes transactions were for in game transactions. They likely never looked further into it than that and not to see if he ever played any games through an apple device, and then to see if he spent the money on stream.

Edit: I'll point out that I do think it's likely that he does, since it explains his massive "grocery" bills and his recent admittance to getting groceries on days he works only adds more to the questions around those high prices. But unless we have those receipts, it is speculation.

I really do not understand what possesses Phil to keep going with a narrative on the bank document leaks. The only thing I can come up with is that his issues are running the show here, because he's trying to have his cake and eat it too, AND completely unable to commit fully to an adamant denial because his brain is too aware of the truth and won't let him. That's really not a good idea. I've said it before, he made the biggest mistake ever by validating information on the leaks instead of laughing at the whole notion and then furthering the security on his account without mentioning the moment ever again.

I know it's not because he's afraid of getting exposed again, because since when does Phil ever see that shit coming? So WTF? It makes NO sense to admit that those incriminating transactions were real, especially when you compound that with the most ludicrous bullshit. Thousands missing and he didn't notice? Lawyer fees to "clean everything up"(whatever that means)? And now supposedly he has been told by police that he can't do anything?

By all means, Phil, keep going with this as you attempt to stay one step ahead of every possible avenue in which you can be proven a mobile gaming addict and a scamming fucking scumbag. You may have missed the forest through the trees in this reply. The lawyer should have seen the charges on his cards and asked asked what they were for. Allegedly being fraudulent, Phail would have at least seen them back then. His story is so far beyond ridiculous.
