I think the Mario movie sucking is a forgone conclusion. It'll be soulless animation, barely comprehensible story and atrocious casting choices. My only question is whether Bob will outright hate it or try and force himself to like it, same as he did for the live action movie. I personally think he'll do the second, but seeing him have a full blown meltdown declaring Nintendo as dead to him would be glorious.

While I’m not a fan of Sonic, I did see and I thought Knuckles was cool.

I might see the movie just for him.

I think Knuckles' design worked, but I think they pitched Elba's voice up (or he's throwing it that way) and I kinda wish he just did his normal voice. The film sure isn't for me, but if I had kids, I'd take them. Maybe I'll take my neices and nephews.
