And yes, they slipped past the radar, but how could they be bragging about it when they said themselves that they hadn't checked if they were in the thread or not?

Fair enough, I suppose. I'm more for the opinion that the best way to move on from cringy behavior is to avoid bringing attention to it and instead observing what does and doesn't work, so I just find these people saying how they missed the bullet unironically as being silly.

Yeah. I avoid wearing certain clothes. Denim is a bitch to wear but I've finally found denim pants that don't irritate me. I'm trying to get into wearing long sleeves again because in middle school, I hated them and they also irritated me. I maintain hygiene definitely but there's a lot of times I just don't give a fuck when at home (and I spend a lot of time at home) which is why I asked this question. Come to think of it? If I go out, the basics I do are brush hair, brush teeth, dress decently and that's it. This girl doesn't even seem to brush her hair and her clothing style is shit. You can still have a somewhat decent style and avoid using clothes that irritate you.

As for examples of total fucking cringe, though, this is something someone defense of an incestuous pedo rapist who claimed his reason for doing so was he saw a Playboy once:

I can sympathize with this guy. His experiences with rape and pornography as a young child scarred him for life, like so many other unfortunate souls. I really hope he can emerge from the pit of self-loathing and depression which is tumblr.
