The scale on the left is a relative percentage scale representing the maximum of searches for the term (so, 100 is the time the term was searched the most, and a month ranked as 50 would be a month that had 1/2 the number of searches as the most searched month's value).

February 2022 is 100%. This is the month with the highest number of "Bank Run" google searches from Canadian IPs. It redefined the maxima, so much so that the next highest month is only a 57 now (May 2012). This new maxima is almost double the previous max. That's a lot of people googling 'bank run' in Canada, lol.

It got 20+ million to offset covid loses and it gets millions more to hire a 'diverse' staff and highlight drag queen women disabled midget amateur Dodgeball leagues. In fact the government is now putting pressure on the CBC to take less private funding revenue. That's just the CBC.

Where this gets REALLY dangerous is that unhinged RCMP asset brony hacking an international site GiveSendGo and then the CBC publishing the information. The RCMP then uses this illegally obtained info (Not through them of course!) to start identifying people. The CBC then writes numerous asspats stories about the job the government is doing.

If I remember High School Canadian History right - and that class was a joke, btw - the only reason Ottawa is our nation’s capital is because it was more or less central between Toronto and Montreal (or Quebec City, honest coin flip of who gives a shit). It was one of those compromises between the English and French, and honestly why I think the English and French in Europe had the right idea in actively either fucking with or trying to kill each other instead of getting along…
