To be fair from what I have observed, India is an interesting ally if not tentative one to the USA and the West. They hate China however they have always had deals with Russia in terms of buying weapons and other things. This news honestly doesn't really surprise me.

Extremely minimal unless Biden does something exponentially more retarded than he's already been
Well, that actually concerns me more now. Never underestimate the incoherence of the dementia patient. He might mistake the big red button for his diaper emergency one.

Russia has declared Facebook is violating Russian human rights somehow and is censoring the site
They are really salty about those official Ukrainian support profile frames. I get it, Russia. The slacktivisim cuts my soul too.

1/ sharing from a friend with a background in us intelligence My take so far: Russia is fighting a 1970s era war against a small but early 2000s era enemy.
Let me guess, your uncle who works at Nintendo?

22/ This is a death-spasm, the fever breaking, and Russia’s decline is pretty much locked looking at this, simply from seeing how they fight. A US-Russian war would look like Iraq ‘91, both by overwhelming asymmetry and by multilateral coalition backing.
It will be brutal:

It's fractured 'The Quad' too lmao, not much of an ironclad anti-China coalition now. China in a decade or two will be in a much higher place than even now.

Why would Biden share anything with China? Let alone russian troop movements, etc.
It was probably fucking Milley, the same fucktwat that called the Chinese generals in October 2020 before the election and just following Jan. 6 telling them that he would let them know in advance if Trump would think about attacking them

They still get 110% of their gas from Russia so no, no point in charging them up the ass when they can just quadruple your gas prices in return, Germany can't do shit to Russia other than throw mean words at them
Depends on what kind of LNG shipping capacity is available, really.
Cutting Russia from SWIFT would cause Russia to focus elsewhere non-EU affiliated. It'll hurt in the immediate and near future, but is not going to happen.

The EU gets about 25% of its oil from Russia. Germany wanted Nordstream2 because green energy they produced cannot power their country in full. All that oil will be redirected into China, who wants it and doesn't care about the EU's imposed sanctions.

The biggest losers in this in order are the Ukrainain people, the EU and the US.
Everybody is a loser. This is going to knock down a many existing trade networks and force expensive new ones to be set up. North America is actually one of the better placed in that regard since we don't import much energy. Probably encourage further development of the Marcellus Shale Gas Play and those big LNG terminals they proposed on the East Coast.

Germany the big fat retard loser in Europe. Energiewende finally bit them in the ass in exactly the way everybody told them it would. Renewable energy is just greenwashed natural gas. Remember that kiddies.

It's possible that the rifle handouts and "no age limit" recruiting announcements by Ukraine are another kind of misdirection, aimed at making Russia underestimate their troop strength. The thinking may be that if the Russians think their forces are depleted to the extent that they have to hand out rifles to civilians, they will get careless and be caught off-guard by the amount of Ukrainian forces remaining.
I can only speak for myself, but such announcements would only make me more cautious as now everyone is a potential threat and two that if I ever had doubt about what I was fighting for, I now hold no more doubt and I am in it to kill the fucker who wants to send potential child combatants at me. I am 100% in the moral right.
