If there's one thing I've taken away from this war between Russia and Ukraine, it's that there is little-to-no hope for the general public of USA, UK, France, Germany etc.

Instantly gone from a complete exposure of our media's total dishonesty and state-collusion ala covid, to "hero journos on the front lines".

From western soldiers and military action is all racist, to "lets go to nuclear war no matter the consequences". A sharp contrast to the world ending when a jogger OD'ed on fentanyl last year - one piece of shit is bad, but billions is ok because muh gubmint.

Half these people think WW2 was declared after Hershel Heimenjew tweeted about the SS clearing another slum and that Churchill was some hyper-caring Marvel-esque superhero whose cigar turned into a tommy gun, yet are pretending they understand Baltic/East-European geopolitics.

Simultaneously holding the opinions that anyone who would say black let alone niBBa is an evil racist who deserves to die, and "all russians are evil, haha look at this one it's crucified lmao".

Calling people evil nazis for wanting their own border protected at the most basic level, are soon to call you an evil nazi for not being willing to die for a border they can't even locate on a map.

I get that it's always been this way with trillions of man-hours and dollary-pounds being spent ensuring the population are largely malleable and manageable. But after everything that's happened very recently, not even a dent has been made in that gaggle of fucking retards that comprise the democratic voting bloc necessary to keep the train rolling.

I feel real sorry for the Ukrainian citizenry. From my understanding, the Ukrainian Government hasn't yet enacted a massive push to evacuate its major cities being threatened. While many can and have left on their own, there are many who can't. The elderly and sick come to mind.

We seem to be in the lul between first probing pushes and total war. I think the next Russian push will be the full force that takes the various cities they're surrounding. That 40 mile column isn't there for fun and they have more than enough artillery pieces in there.

As I said before the west blew their load on the sanctions too early meaning they have nowhere to escalate while Russia can ratchet it up quite a bit.

We've already seen both Russians and Ukrainians fire at civies in cars trying to leave. Safest option was always to bunker down unless you got out day 1. Are you expecting the Ukrainians or Russians to divert manpower to lead civilians out safely?

Well, it would have been nice to at do a couple of things like, allow people to leave. And perhaps using all that pressganged manpower that you have (since UKE decided that all men between 16-55+ are now conscripted) and use it where it can be used.

Many of these guys can drive cars and buses right now. What they can't do is become a soldier overnight. Hell even reservist with regular refresher take a couple of weeks to be something more than a militiaman with a rifle.

To take a civilian and mint them into a conscript takes 6-8 weeks. That is if you have all the training bases, material, and instructors in place already. Tossing a civvie a rifle does not make them a rifleman. It makes a very scared civvie with a rifle.

I think he's making reference to "magnetic pulse," or EMP. As in he wants the US to use this advanced technology to make the Russian jets shut off and fall out of the sky, rather than shooting them down. There have been rumours about Russians having this type of electronic warfare tech in mobile form due to miniaturized nuclear reactors that can be put on big trucks or planes (possible disinfo), but I'm pretty sure this option is not even available to Americans, at least in terms of what's public knowledge.

They’ve definitely remembered but I’m not convinced they are toning it down - they’ve definitely remembered tho - USAF activity on Flightradar at nuke-capable bases in Italy and Turkey over the last 24 hours, plus the stuff around Scotland I posted earlier. Will figure out where the rest of the European NATO nukes are later and look for USAF activity around them.

At the very least im glad the saber rattlers and the chickenhawks in the west will finally shut the fuck up and realize their private bunkers won't do much against nukes they where about to bring by pushing war without thinking before sending nationals to die for Ukraine

The Ukrainians are being propped up by NATO in lots of ways already, I believe. There are constantly US and UK air tankers on the Polish border, each plane doing 6-8 hour shifts with overlap. There is at least one NATO tanker up but it’s staying closer to Germany. Why would they be up there all the time if they aren’t actively refuelling smaller plans? Even the non standard length shifts suggest they go back to base when they run out (the US ones are based in the UK and the UK ones go in and out of Cyprus).
the Americans seem to be pretty much running an airport just over the Polish border from Lviv, Rzeszów international. There is a huge amount of tiny, privately owned aircraft up in the sky in that region right now. Looks like military training to me (because very few people wealthy enough to fly for a fun little hobby are going to choose to take those fun flying lessons next to a war zone). Logistics are also starting to gather together around Turkey, presumably so that NATO (the US really, with the UK second and everyone else more in name only) can air strike Russians in the Ukraine from the south coast and the North west at the same time

(Poland probably aren’t actually lying - it’ll likely be US planes flying out of Poland and possibly a small coalition of forces, rather than NATO. The ones that look likely from air activity are US, UK, Greece, Turkey and Finland. The Baltics deffo have training up there way today. They aren’t even hiding it (there is an Albatros clearly visible over Estonia this morning)
