Melitopol and Mariupol maybe, but I don't see them wanting to retain Kherson.
Kherson and Nova Khakova are pretty integral to Russian Crimea as they control their access to fresh water. Notice that Russia immediately went for Nova Khakova in the first day of the invasion despite there being plenty of other strategic locations in range.

I am being asked for PrOoF that Ukrainians committed atrocities against ethnic Russians in Ukraine, within the last 8 years. Can anyone help out? - I found a Russian website with some stuff but the video link on it doesn't work.

From a pacifist perspective, the most ideal solution would be to have all the Eastern European nations form a union of their own which is had mutual exclusivity laws with NATO, the EU, or any Russian alliances. This would basically block the west and east from having any real contact with each other. Economically, it would also be great for Eastern Europe because they'd be the middlemen in all east and west trade, which would essentially be free money. This is obviously not going to happen though.
Interwar Poland tried it.

Guess what happened? :tomgirl:

France had a very similar dream for Eastern Europe after World War 1. The problem with it was that the countries in question had no democratic institutions and all hated each other more than they hated anyone else.

Yeah they want either all the pie or none of the pie. Honestly this whole thing could have been avoided if the west just told Ukraine no on NATO and EU. But no JoePedo has gotta have his crackhead son's piggy bank protected from the evil vodka monkeys.

No source but I swear if this whole war was "Recongize Donbass and Crimea", and the rest of Ukraine ends up not being annexed or puppeted, this really is Clown World.

Why would it be Clown World? Russia was always going to get the outcome they wanted. The question was always how long it will take them and how messed up they are afterwards due to being banned everywhere.

lol that's why I said it wasn't going to happen, which is sad because Eastern Europe could become a real powerhouse if they got their shit together. Particularly with the rapid decline of the west.

Saying "recognize Donbass" is just the start of a far more complicated discussion over what the borders of Donbass are or should be. The Russians are not likely to accept the frontlines in the area before the war as the borders of those republics.
>Be funny globalist Jew
>Be attacked by Russia
>Demand other globalist jews to nuke Vlananas
>NATO and EU nowhere to be found
>Everybody refuses because they don't want to be nuked by Vlananas
>Fuck me
>Vlananas posts his demands
>Well he just wants the Donbas region and Crimea right?
>He can have his fucking Russians they are more trouble than its worth
>Gets to negotiation table
>He has a map ready with the new borders drawn

lol the Warsaw Pact wasn't even remotely neutral though and was obviously communist.
I'm aware. There's just something about everyone who got fucked over by the USSR reviving the name with the new purpose of "fuck Russia" that tickles my funny bone. In a more pragmatic sense, it's time for the US to start withdrawing from the global spotlight, and I'd prefer to do that in the way that gets the fewest people killed, and a slavic alliance seems like the best way of handling that in Eastern Europe.

The authorities at Konotop supposedly negotiated with the Russian to become an "open city". Thus they are technically still under Ukrainian control.

"According to the head of the region, there is an agreement that there will be no mutual provocations.
'We will not shoot at them. They will remain in their positions. Unobstructed passage of public transport and services, ambulances, food, humanitarian goods will be provided,' Zhyvytskyi added."

So confirmation Russia is doing exactly what they did in the third Chechnyan War which is circle a city, negotiate for an "open" city. Move on. Keeps civilian casualties at a minimum while avoiding losses of urban assault. Different philosophy and doctrine to the West's.
