I think what is shocking to everyone is that this is a war between peer powers in Europe for the first time in almost a century. For the west its shocking because it's been a very long time since we've seen something like this, and for Russia it's shocking because I don't think they realized Ukraine WAS a peer power.

There is going to be a certain layer of hyperbole here. I can understand why Russian supporters want to downplay the adjectives, but the undeniable truth is the casualty rates on both sides in the last 2 weeks have no comparison in the modern era. Not since the Iran Iraq War. And nobody gives a shit about that.
Yeah, well I do give a shit about the Iraq War and so do a lot of other people. Syria had a shitload of causalities but they were sandniggers so who cares, right? So did Libya, but because King Niggo and Yasss Kween were in charge the fucking media ignored it, to the point I had to grab a laptop and show American blacks that Obongo and Hillary's pet jihadis were literally lynching sub-Saharan Africans from lamp posts in the streets of Tripoli. That's right, American first negro President was responsible for the lynchings of black Africans because he gave in to the neocons, and afterward slave markets trading in black Africans were booming in Libya's cities, thanks to Black Jesus. But hey, they're niggers so who cares we did that, right? Not you, apparently.

As for Europe holy shit are you a clueless zoomer, because the 1992 Bosnia War was a NATO operation that included Russia, and that war dragged on for a few years. I guess since Netflix doesn't have a dozen shit movies starring les negres du jour wearing snazzy fin de siecle fashions, high casualties didn't happen on European soil in your mind. No comparison at all? Absolutely and then some as that was the first major eruption of war in Europe since mid century.

Ukraine is not a peer power. It has been a part of Russia or Poland at various times and most recently Russia. It became a de facto US territory in 2014 when neocons had a boomer moment and thought it would be fun to provoke Russia while looting and robbing Ukraine blind. You don't have to support Russia's aims to understand it was always going to end badly for Ukraine. Your takes are merely repeats of the mostly hysterical talking points by "military analysts" posturing on cable TV for ratings. If wanted to hear them I'd watch TV.

But I thought people are saying Putin having Parkinson was just western and Ukrainian lies, so which one is true? Anything that's convenient to your narrative?
So first it was ass cancer and now it's Parkinson's.

Well now I know he's not dying, good going idiots, your "Putin is sick" narrative just died.

Well, the better solution is "Don't invade a neighboring country where the civilians males aged 18-60 (loosely) will happily take up arms be conscripted and made to kill the invaders if when their government just hands them a rifle and some ammo."
Fixed. Wonder what happens to those in that demographic who choose not to fight? I'm sure the government and military is understanding - consoling them before allowing them to head over to another country. Very unlikely they're being compelled by threat of harm on their own side to fight.
This definitely hasn't led to blue-on-blue already.

Stop doing this "good guy, bad guy" propaganda where Ukraine is a benign underdog defending itself and Russia is The Empire ™️ marching into the cities. Ukraine wasn't a bastion of hope and good will 3 weeks ago and it hasn't started to be one. Good luck finding anything negative about it from the past two weeks, though.
For example, two mayors near Kharkhiv who surrendered got labeled as traitors but other than that it's impossible to really know anything about that situation. Alexander Bryukhanov and Gennadiy Matsegora are the mayors, Gennadiy has a video that I could only find on VK but I don't know what he says in it.
Gennadiy is apparently historically pro-Russian so it'd hardly be a surprise if he is a traitor but there seems to be little about it except "He surrendered and is a traitor."

tl;dr stop doing propaganda for free, the civilians stuck in Ukraine are probably as happy to take up arms against the Russian military as you are

I have no idea how valid this map is but it's the newest one that I am aware of, although the info used to generate this map would probably be from the late 90's or early 2000's.

This map looks like they messed up the legend or don't know what counter-force or counter-value targets are. You would hit Omaha in a 500 warhead strike to take out Offut AFB and USSTRATCOM along with whatever command and control planes were left on the ground there. A 500 warhead counter-value strike against cities doesn't make sense, we launch our missiles which haven't been touched from our silos and subs and send whatever few bombers we have left over the North Pole. You're wasting a lot of megatonnage on the 500 warhead scenario hitting cities and not taking out much of military value. 3 quick examples: King's Bay (east coast submarine base), Kitsap (west coast submarine base), Dover AFB (backup for Andrews AFB). Not hitting the sub bases is an idiot move because then we can surge SSBNs to sea and good luck finding those Ivan.

The cancer thing is retarded, and is not something one can normally observe visually, but he most likely does have Parkinson's disease. He regularly has leg and hand tremors and jerks, and he does show signs of stiff movement. The whole "he's mentally unstable because he has Parkinson's" is also retarded since it's most likely idiopathic Parkinson’s which does not normally have an effect on cognition.

Armchair diagnoses, tremors are only useful for making a medical diagnoses if they're consistent & I've never once seen him tremor on film before. Spontaneous & infrequent tremors could be anything, well within the range of benign. He didn't tremor once in the footage I posted.

From what I understood it is Parkinson's and he actually did have plans to appoint a successor and step down before the 2024 election despite the new law being passed. If I remember correctly he may have wanted to step down even earlier but covid let him stick around a little longer. Also MSM attributing his gait to KGB training is fucking retarded, you learn how to walk like you're NOT carrying a gun when you're in security/intelligence services, watch the video of when Reagan got shot, that one Secret Service agent pulls a whole ass Uzi out and you could never tell he had it.

I've seen him tremor before, but aside from that, mild tremors are normally what causes doctors to send patients in to get tested for Parkinson's. So while yes, it is somewhat of an armchair diagnosis, it's not unreasonable.

I don't really know about the rumors of him stepping down. I feel like it is going to happen sooner or later, but I wouldn't be making any bets on dates for that. If it is idiopathic Parkinson's, that's not something that normally cuts down on one's life expectancy that much, but it would make it difficult for him to do his job effectively since he certainly wouldn't get a good treatment in western media if he had a fall or something on camera.

Well, there goes any chance of Christianov Chandlersky getting his vidyagamez anytime soon.

I wonder how many software companies retroactively rescinded licenses for their products? Like what's the objective here? To punish people who gave you money just because of an imaginary line on a map?

At least the DNC is embracing its racist roots instead of trying to combat them.
You Putin apologist America haters have been lying to me. VP Harris' trip to Europe was a demonstration of masterful diplomacy.

"She managed to avoid any public discord. But even a diplomatic victory left questions about how the conflict roiling Eastern Europe will end."

Yeah, I'm gonna take diplomatic advice from a hypocritical ex-cop and blowjob dispenser. One with the IQ of a potato, at that.

I've lost track of how many times I've heard some variation of, "Why are you goddamned Americans doing (pet peeve/some idiot shit they saw in a movie/whatever is in the news at the moment)"?
The Germans that work at the factories here don't like visiting Germany and meeting friends because every friend asks if there really are daily shootouts in his town, if every single person is fat, and so forth. Its an unironic "Do Americans really X?" 4chan troll question.

What will never stop amazing me is America/EU/NATO's response to Russians. These are people who grew on in the cold war, in Soviet Isolation. And our response is: Let's shut down your Windows updates and KFC?

Jesus Christ. Russians are the epitome of "what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger".

You dumb fucks are poking the bear with pointy caffeine pills.

lol can you imagine how western media would react to this if it was a leader they didn't like?
They'd have a dozen "doctors" diagnosing him with all kinds of far out diseases They'd say he'll nuke us all to hell during a fever dream. Scream he needs to be removed via 25th Amendment. You know, like they did with Orange Man when he was perfectly healthy lol

What's inter
The main lesson of Russia`s deplatforming to all Americans (and perhaps all the West) should be that you WILL be held accountable for your government`s actions. Vote or revolutionize accordingly.

But like most obvious things, Americans will be completely blind to this until it happens to them.
What's interesting is that it seems much of the third world is taking that shit to heart. Look at the map of countries engaging in economic sanctions. It's basically the First World West and it's allies in East Asia and Oceania. The rest of the world while denouncing the invasion is doing fuck all besides that, and some, like Modi's India are starting to move themselves away from the dollar and Western run financial organizations.

Whatever pain we feel from gas prices, is nothing compared to what the Middle East is going to feel regarding grain prices. If we don't all go boom either due to the Social Justice Dr. Strangeloves or Specialist Ivan Gopnikov getting drunk and passing out on the launch button in a Siberian nuke silo, I expect Western hegemony to be smashed and a new multipolar world arising.
