Optics will be a bigger issue than legality here, I think. I don't believe Maison De FLEUR own any patents for the designs (and if they do, they'd probably want to go after other big brands like Axes Femme that use similar designs).

Pretty much every clothing brand takes from the same sweatshops and slaps their expensive branding on top. Nevertheless, people who associate those designs with MdF will worry about infringement and that in and of itself isn't good. If your clothing line is remarked as a 'clone' of another brand, that is bad even if nothing illegal has taken place.

Obviously, trying to predict how Japanese companies react to shit is a fools errand so I can't say with any degree of absolution, but my initial instinct is that, unless someone owns the patent to these designs, there's nothing legally wrong here.

They basically cut one of her karaoke songs and used the official instrumental track with it and I like it way more than the original. Would love to see more of these type of edits where the karaoke gets mixed into official instrumental versions of the songs instead of scuffed karaoke versions they often use.

Not a viewer of streamers and vtubers. IMO the two somewhat prey with social lowliness of some set of people that are "forever online" (I know that all "entertainment" "industries" does that someway and/or longer like sports industries).
I think what is more damning is a streamer is usually one person or two that manipulate the paypigs and virtual youtuber have a company behind them, indicating that have a group or a equip behind them . Therefore people see the aspect of making money more than a lone streamer, even the two are virtualy the same.
Even I read this thread for curiosity, don't know what are the power of management can make a virtual streamer do. If anyone can answer what usally they do, I will appreciate.

For the Vtuber, management handles merch, sponsorships, etc. The Vtubers under big corpos have a reach comparable to "conventional" entertainers - Gura has appeared in a Taco Bell commercial, and Laplus recently interviewed Robert Pattinson and Zoe whatsherface to promote the Batman movie in Japan.

For the audience, having management for Vtubers sets expectations for the content. Vtubers from the big two (Hololive and Nijisanji) can get pretty wild and/or dumb, but you won't see them rant about capitalism, cry-tweet about the Capitol protests, or stream this thread while suicide-baiting.

Yugo just announced he will be doing a guerilla stream detailing what's going on in Japan after the earthquake in a few hours. Might be a good opportunity for everyone to have a full report from someone on the ground.

He was working really, really hard for hours last night translating all sorts of warnings and recommendations so that he could help JP/EN people living in Japan.

• Claims she's not like this anymore and cleans stuff now
• Would only clean when the mold got so bad the coughing and nose burning from it would keep her from sleeping
• Never had a physical or a checkup
• Had a UTI once, received amoxicillin for it, from then on anytime she thought she had a UTI she would use Fish Mox, which yes, is amoxicillin for fish.
• Started self harming, mother took her to the doctor, told her she had depression and to become a vegetarian, she did not become a vegetarian
• Last showered two days ago, used to go months without showering, wouldn't shower until her scalp started itching unbearably

Ok, looks like I missed quite the stream yesterday. We always knew Pippa had hygiene issues, but this detailed list is something else. I don't really want to powerlevel here, but I also experienced some of this things in the past, so this hits a bit close to home.

Now I know why she has "the sniffles" all the time tho, she might've fucked up her lungs in some way by constantly breathing spores and shit (maybe literally?).

I'm glad she's in a better place, mentally and housing wise. Going corporate might've been the best thing that happened to her overall health.
