Why, exactly, is there this huge worry and discouragement about weens writing to Chris? He’s saving a list of addresses to Dox for “When he gets out?”

Haha. :story:

He could very well get out someday. Probably not to 14BC, but to some assisted living home where he's able to contact the outside world.

Him being locked up incommunicado for the rest of his life is very unlikely, unless his mental state has worsened more than we already knew.

Smarter folk have been writing to Chris using a third-party mail service that lets you have a return address not associated with your real address.

Doesn't matter. If his delusions prevent him from understanding how his court case works -- or at least he *appears* that way, off to the hospital he goes. He doesn't have to be legally insane for this, he just has to be too delusional or too retarded to understand how the justice system works.

Chris has NEVER understood how it works, as evidenced in his comics and rants. The only reason he wasn't declared incompetent in his past court cases is because his attorneys already worked out plea deals where he wouldn't get any further jail time (either just time served, or suspended sentence) and it wasn't worth it for anyone to find him incompetent.

Chris didn't even plead guilty in the Snyder case -- he did an Alford plea, and I doubt he even understood what he was doing then.

In this case though, he's facing actual, real punishment, so they're going to scrutinize him more.

My personal guess is that Heilberg engineered this himself, letting Chris rack up 1 year while getting the treatment he needed that Borb never got him. Then Heilberg will try to get Chris let off with time served, assuming Chris doesn't chimp out.

Exactly.
Heilberg is far better of an attorney/wrangler than chris deserves. How did chris even afford him again?

He won't survive more than 2 weeks in any assisted living home before they would kick him out for his behaviors towards the others. Chris does not live or play well with others. Being in a Group Home with him would be like living with a Batman Villain.

Maybe.
A Risperdal, Abilify, Seroquel cocktail might make him more agreeable to his new living arraignment/arrangement.

For as serious as this is, stacked up against Chris's previous crimes, and fuck, most crimes, he probably didn't take it seriously until Feb's court hearing. If his commitment is the result of his anger splitting a chromosome into a huge event, it might just have broke Chris.

Honestly though, if that's the case, it's probably the best outcome because he's in the perfect place for it since they'll actually try to "rebuild" him.

Depends how much this current situation broke him, and how his treatment goes. If he's realized everything he's ever known has come crashing down, and he lost it all, that might have really taken it's toll on Chris. He hasn't been able to engage in his tranny pretend in any way shape or form since he's been in the system, not to mention no social media or television, and the radio silence mixed in, makes it's seem like he's in some way unable to contact the outside world. I doubt it's because he's been locked in a padded room for two months, but maybe he had a realization that his entire world, and in a bigger way, his entire self image, is just gone. Totally evaporated, and he's not going to get it back. He put a lot of his self worth or self image into what he had around him, and that's all gone. Him not getting out, and finally realizing that he isn't going to be able to go back home, might have just completely shattered his identity.

Chris is an Alpha Class Lolcow. he realizes nothing, he learns nothing, beyond small things that result in immediate gratification at little to no cost to himself. The only learning capacity he has can best be described as Pavlovian. It Rings The Bell it Gets The Cookie.

We all know Chris has not learned a single thing. If I were to gather the 10 best psychologists in the world and have them only treat Chris for an entire year it would literally change nothing. He will pretend to get better then the second he gets out and let loose back into society he will start claiming he's a goddess again. Literally Chris never learns. I mean for god sakes he walked around for years with an attraction sign and only stopped when his mother told him to stop. I truly believe he doesn't understand why she wanted him to stop doing that and the only reason he stopped was because she asked him and said it made him look retarded. Chris is a weird character. Basically imagine Chris like a cat you're trying to keep off the furniture. Every time the cat jumps on the couch you spray him with a water bottle and eventually the cat stops trying to get on the couch not because the cat understands that getting on the couch is wrong but rather because the cat realizes if he jumps on the couch there will be consequences. Chris is the exact same way. He doesn't understand why something is wrong he just understands that there will be consequences after he does something. The weirdest part about this is if you were going to commit a crime even if you didn't understand why that crime was wrong you understand the consequences to the action but Chris will commit the crime while fully not understanding the consequences then when the consequences hit he fully understands not to do the thing not because it is wrong but because he wants to avoid the consequences. A good example is with the pepper spray. He faced the consequences for spraying at a GameStop employee and stopped carrying pepper spray after a while. I 100% believe he did not understand why it is wrong but rather if he continues to use it he will face consequences so he stopped using it and replaced it with a different weapon which pretty much shows you he doesn't understand the problem with assault he understood that using pepper spray will give him consequences so in his mind he thought what if I replace it with a baseball bat

Not only does he not learn, but he rewrites reality to fit his headcanon. Example: He considers the trolls who catfished and trolled him, actual ex girlfriends. He talks about them publicly as if they were not only real relationships, but real people.

He calls them "theoretical exes". He understands they weren't real, but because he imagined it was real, then the relationship was real in the same way CWCville is real.

Read the background info on the FAQ. Heilberg was assigned by the court to defend Chris. The state is paying him. Greene County doesn't have a public defender's office, so instead private attorneys are appointed by the court.

I would like to further elaborate on this because I just thought of something I should have added.
in the scenario I mentioned where the cat jumps on the couch and you spray it with a water bottle in order to teach it not to get on the couch the cat will learn eventually to stay off the couch. So then the cat will move to the chair because it has no concept of what it is doing wrong it only knows that if it goes on the couch it will get sprayed. So you spray it when it goes on the chair so it moves to a different chair. The cat has a literal mode of thinking. It understands certain actions equal certain consequences but it fully does not understand why. It is my belief that Chris much like the cat will reoffend. Basically Chris has learned that raping his MOTHER will make him receive consequences for his actions. However that does not translate to anyone else.
Much like the assault he did on a GameStop employee he did not learn that he should not assault people. He simply learned if I carry pepper spray then there's a chance I can face consequences to my actions. So he moved on to a different weapon fully not understanding the context of why he was wrong in the first place. Same thing with his mother. He understands doing that to her would give him consequences although he doesn't understand why it is wrong so he will move on to somebody else if he has the opportunity until he gets caught again and faces consequences.

Simply put Chris knows his mother is off limits but if he is ever alone with somebody else he will possibly reoffend

That hinges on if Barb was okay with it. If Chris somehow finds someone who's also okay with it, then it won't be off limits (unless they're underage or something).

I think it was rape because we all know Chris is prone to exaggerations like when he seen a prostitute and told everyone that she said he was the best she ever had and bragged about his absolute sexual prowess. That's the type of exaggerations Chris likes to make. Ones that make him look Superior in some way. However from his description of it she told him no and he kept persisting. There's no real reason somebody even somebody as delusional as Chris would make up that she initially said no. If I had to piece together events and say since Chris already admitted to having incest fantasies about his mother and given her advanced age I think Chris seen an opportunity and took it.

Basically if I'm right all it will take is for Chris to be alone with somebody that is vulnerable within our society
-A extremely elderly neighbor
-Someone with a severe disability
-A child
The one thing that we can thank God about is the fact that we know if Chris was released tomorrow he would never leave his area. Everybody in his City knows about him and as he walks down the street mothers will tell their children not to go near him and the elderly will not let him be alone with them.

Is it a bad thing that I'm kind of worried about Chris?

It's not something I'm proud of, and I probably should feel ashamed, but sometimes I'll get into the mood of wondering what's happening to him and being like wow we just don't even know anymore what's going on.

For the first time in 15 years we have no idea what's going on with Chris.
No I get you, this may be the beginning of a very long drought, even if were getting bad news it’d be better than thsi silence we have now, it’s all just really unnerving since we’ve never really had no info like this before. It’s historic.

I agree except he has never indicated he would do anything to a child. A 16 year old slow in da mind minor would be at risk, though.

(Meaning not so slow Chris can tell and be repulsed, but slow enough that he could take advantage of her)

That’s not a fact. It’s been posited by legal Kiwis that the county might be actively trying to get him moved somewhere else. Green County is sick of this shit.

(unless they're underage or something).
Wouldn't count on it. While it has been established that Chris clearly isn't a pedophile (i.e. doesn't actively seek out children/underage teenagers), I would argue that if given a chance, he would still (try to) commit statutory rape/molestation. Just like with incest he knows that it's something you shouldn't do (age limit on the attraction sign), but at the same time, he's likely unable to grasp why he shouldn't do it. So if an opportunity presented itself (underage Fiona situation, a slow-in-the-mind, somebody confined with him), he would very likely come onto them. Since he's unable to comprehend possible repercussions for his actions, his impulses and need for instant gratification would overdrive whatever little self-control he has. We have seen time and time again that he has no problem forcing himself onto females, even after being told not to and doesn't know why it's wrong to do so. For this reason, I seriously doubt Chris would suddenly conjure up a moral compass or be able to control himself if an opportunity of some 16-year-old china presented itself.
