It made me think about her circumstances, and how her life consists of working at a thrift shop for room and board above that same thrift shop. She's in her fifties, single, childless, broke, and basically her life is fucked. It must be misery for her, every single day.

Here's what I don't understand. What is keeping her in Wallace?

She claims there are no jobs in her area, that she gets no hours as a dog groomer, and has reportedly been living at a charity thrift shop for over 3 years. Her sister lives 30 minutes away. Her mother and father live about 2 hours away. Why does she continue to waste away in that small town when she could presumably get back on her feet with her family in a nearby city?

Are her prospects so poor because she's the Victoria Kundert who spent time in prison for killing her boyfriend? It's been suggested that is some other Vikki, but it would make the pieces fit into place. Imagine her filling out a job application and getting to the part where she has to answer, have you ever been convicted of a crime? Felony murder would also explain why she has never registered to vote in North Carolina despite having lived there for the past 10 years. The alternative is that she is seemingly choosing to live her life like a stray dog. I'm not sure which is worse.

Who knows, it's not like we have a full bibliography for her, we just know some general things. It would actually be pretty lit if she really was some sort of man killer. Preston would be in real trouble then!

No, she's not saddest cow I've ever seen, but she is pretty clearly not on the pedestal that anti-CG has tried to put her on. She's not gonna "take down CG." No matter how much people who hate CG probably want her to. She just doesn't have that power level. Anti-CG needs this reality check.

Whether you like him or not, it's understandable to me that @FROG would take some comfort in the fact that one of his loudest critics, that's been screeching at him like a harpy for years, leads a pretty miserable life. I'd probably feel the same way if I were in his position.

All of this also leads to the inevitable question as to whether her motivations are driven (in part or whole) by the fact FROG has enjoyed financial success, and the same appears to have eluded her. If this were about "ethics in capitalism" in general, there are far more worthy targets to go after than CG.

Suing Dean and Vikki for anything is beyond pointless, if you're looking to win anything of material value. If anyone was wondering how busy the thrift shop Vikki lives/volunteers at is, their threads aren't doing Iron Man numbers. Revenue was $50,518 in 2018 and $125,506 in 2019, her first year there. A large part of their income comes from social security payments and salary received by one of the board members. Their food bank has been shut down since 2018. Walmart thought they were selling the expired food because they were collecting membership dues on the same day the food was donated and stopped supplying them. The Sanctuary Project also hosts Narcotics Anonymous meetings on Mondays.

Vikki talked about her landlord once before on Twitter. This is the guy that wrote an affidavit for her. She said her fridge died and it took him two weeks to replace it. She reportedly drank warm, unrefrigerated milk for 5 of those days while waiting for a replacement. She said it's still safe to drink, it just tastes bad. Later that year, her fridge somehow came unplugged while she was sleeping and a defrosted turkey pushed the door open and fell onto the floor. She cooked and ate it anyways.

2. No. KNOWING about a lawsuit is not the same thing as being SERVED with a lawsuit. There is a PROCEDURE you have to follow, and if you want to ask somebody to waive service, there is a PROCEDURE for that is well. See Fed R. Civ P. 4(d). Some people chose to waive service because the trade off is you get 60 days to respond, instead of 30. There is no clause... NONE... in the FRCP that says if somebody admits on a notorious shitposting website that somebody is attempting to serve them with a lawsuit, they have effectively been served, or have waived service. It simply does not work like that. The rules are very stringent.

Now, there IS ample Federal case law that supports the notion that alternative means of service outside of Rule 4 is permissible under certain circumstances. Such as delivering the relevant documents over electronic mail. However you HAVE to ask the court for permission to do that. Otherwise, it's route adherence to Rule 4.

I'm sure @AnOminous can explain this better than me, but the lawyer I work for on occasion, who is admitted to practice in both the District of Arizona, and the 9th CoA (which is the Federal appeals court for Arizona), told me the same thing. She did not work with me at cuts for muttz. She worked at my shop. I sold it they changed the name to cuts for muttz and she worked there for a few months. To answer the question. I have no fucking idea why she chooses to not work or even look for work! Maybe you have some insight!

Vikki is not a dog groomer. I’m her sister I owned a grooming shop and she worked for me. I sold that shop and after a few months the new owner let her go. Yes there is in fact another Victoria Kundert same age that ran over her boyfriend and killed him. I do live 30 minutes away and our father lives an hour and a half away with his wife. There is no reason for her to live like this. She has been given every opportunity to do something with herself. She chooses not to. This is the life wants.
