The fact that profiles like this are so common on twitter/tumblr that I didn’t even feel shock (just discomfort at the wounds) is just sad.
Not to mention dehumanizing identities (it pronouns, girlthing, nonhuman) tend to be adopted by mentally ill people. “Misgendering” would be similar to reality-checking them which is why they hate it so much.

Some white knight popped in to say "I know it's the stereotype to think all trans people are attention seeking cunts but we ARENT AND HOW DARE YOU ASSUME THAT"
Pointed out that I said nothing about trans people, and didn't even know the OP was trans. I suggested that he was quite transphobic to assume that me saying "attention seeking cunt" was directed at trans people, and suggested that he had some internal bigotry to deal with if he thought of trans people when he saw those words.
Let me tell ya. These fuckers do not like their own rhetoric or logic thrown back at them. Coping and seething

This man was born with a serious deformity, sacral agenesis. The lower half of his spine didn't form correctly and so he's lived his life with half a body (he was born with legs, but they wouldn't ever work properly so they removed them as an infant). It's a rare and serious condition that means he'll never be able to live a normal life, if only because everyone can't help but notice that he only has half a body.
But we wouldn't dream of telling someone that they were "born in the wrong body" because they have horrifying birth defects. Your body is your body and your body is you, even if your body kind of sucks. Even if you hate your body it's not wrong, it's your body and you have to live with it, and we certainly wouldn't tell kids, "your uncle Pedro is an abled-bodied person born in a fucked up, short-spined body". But you are apparently supposed to tell them, "your aunt Piyah is a woman born in a fucked up, male body".
Sidenote: he has a very passing voice (don't know if his shortened spine/torso helps somehow), but it's not really noteworthy other than the fact that it comes from a man. But according to the YouTube comments
I guess that these sorts of videos attract all kinds of virtue signalers, so they might leave these kinds of comments even if he was actually just a woman with sacral agenesis.
EDIT: I originally spoilered this because I thought it was just a non-tranny sideshow, but it turns out that she's a tranny too. She was just so incredibly low effort that I didn't even realize that she wasn't just a woman with a croaky voice.
