"Kill us"

With all this talk about Russia possibly formally declaring war on Ukraine for May 9th, I'm going to get a laugh no matter or not it actually happens, either Western Intel is wrong yet again and I get to laugh at our three letter agencies, or I get to laugh at Vatniks who insist the Special Military Operation is all going according to plan suddenly scrambling.
They will have to if the Hohols decide to attack Russian territory as goaded on by the brits.

I just checked the exchange rates, and this is what was there, in the attachment. Does it mean Ruble is doing better than it did in the last year?
It means that the Euros are lying through their teeth when they claim that they're not paying for Russian gas and oil in Rubles.

Exports of Russian hydrocarbons are stable by volume. This is unsurprising as the EU has no alternative source. However the price for hydrocarbons has jumped massively due to the war. The Russians can't accept dollars or euros for payment as sanctions means they can't swap them through the western banking system, so they are reasonably demanding Rubles instead. At least in the short term western sanctions are actually strengthening the Russian currency. The theory is that it won't matter as in the long run Russia will be starved of vital western investment and expertise which will inevitably fuck them. But Russia isn't Iraq and this isn't the 1990's. Most manufactured goods are no longer made in the west. Apart from limited sectors, for example civil aerospace, Russia will get it's machine tools, advanced computer equipment and consumer toys from the same place we do, China. Sanctions were always going to have a limited effect on a country the size of Russia. You can't 'starve out' nations that produce surpluses in food and energy. What it has done is remove all western cultural influence, No more Hollywood movies or TV shows, American social media, everything from McDonalds to Microsoft vanished overnight. Putin is ascendant and any thoughts of overthrowing him are delusional. Which is why we're seeing western politicians on an escalation spiral. They seem to accept that sanctions are hurting them more than the Russians so they, well at least the burgers, have decided that only military force and total defeat of the Russian Federation will cause the government there to collapse. It's batshit crazy, but they're set on it.

So this thread didn't improve one bit, huh?

On the sidenote, I had a truly autistic thought today - how probable it is that russians will parade ukrainian POWs on victory parade? Didn't they do that with germans?
There is a rumor that they will parade 500 POWs but it's MSM who published it from a source that wants to stay anonymous... so take with pinches of salt.

If Russia does this then MSM will probably twist it that it were Russians dressed like Ukrainian POWs because no Ukrainian soldier ever got captured...

That would be a sight to see. Kinda like the triumphs of Roman general and emperors

Isn't it true that half of the German government is descended from the SS?
They were cooks and drivers. Bet.

At best we could have gotten some azovites' walk of shame in LDPR. I'm pretty sure they couldn't realistically afford it right now.

what nazis are gonna overthrow him lol
their parliament looks like this:
View attachment 3242562

for comparison, their notorious hardcore right wing party "Right Sektor" that flies the bandera flag won just a single seat in 2014, in 2019 they lost it again, and their presidential candidate got like 1.6% lmao
>votes le matter
They have a disproportionate influence and numbers in the military forces, especially with other types of military age males dodging conscription even before the outbreak of fresh hostilities. They have a significant lever in terms of control in the security services and could use it.
