May 3, 2022 - Chris returned to CVRJ

I’ve watched none sonic says and I can pretty confidently say everyone here has ignored at least half of them, even though we all grew up watching something equivalent.
The issue isn't ignoring them. People are free to make their own choices and if they choose not share or choose not to put on sunscreen, that is their decision.

The issue is that Chris is such a big fan of Sonic, and absolutely watched the Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog, and presents himself as a person of good moral character who abstains from things like smoking or drugs and treats people well.

Him having watched Sonic Says, and blatantly ignoring almost half of these lessons, is just an example of his hypocrisy. It wasn't meant to be a statement about everyone's moral choices and how they live their lives. Just that Chris is a hypocrite.

Let´s be real, for a TV lover or all time...Chris it´s pretty retarded when it comes to the morals and messages in the TV
Remember the family guy bible video? Or when he imitated Cartman IRL?
I swear, Chris can´t even understand the message of the episodes of dora the explorer

Again, Chris is incapable of understanding those kinds of lessons. Not because of his redneck Virginia upbringing or because of trolls, but because his brain is not wired right.

Not trying to defend Chris, but it literally isn't his fault that he doesn't understand moral lessons the way normal people do.

What is his fault is his refusal to do anything about it. Plenty of autists who have issues with empathy or morality seek help to try to find ways to contextualize those subjects in ways they can understand, or try to avoid being in situations that require them to make moral/ethical judgements, etc.

Chris doesn't, and is content to just be a piece of shit forever. That is his fault, regardless of his auts.

It's also for depression, not psychosis.
This is true. When covid started, psych took over two of our ER bays to do the ECT treatments (because the OR was shut down for “elective” procedures). Sometimes they’d leave the curtain open and you could see what was going on in the bay. I know that ECT does have its caveats, and has improved dramatically since it’s inception, but damn did it still look brutal to go through.

I disagree, if the fat autist only ends up doing a year in jail for multiple instances of rape committed against a family member, that's not NEARLY punishment enough. If it were anyone other than Chris, they'd be looking at a decade of prison time. Just because he's autistic and has been trolled for 15 years doesn't excuse what he did.
Well I am going on the assumption it’s incest not rape, if it is rape then I hope he gets a long sentence plus put on the sex offender register.

I used to work in mental health and thank God I left. A lot of this has probably already been said but people also repeat the same things and people don't listen.

Chris being out is most likely because he was evaluated to not need a higher level of care, which would make his stay a waste of time, money, and a bed.

The place I worked for was private, so the only other time someone would get the boot is when they can't afford the care Being a state hospital, this can't be the reason. It also seems throwing him out if he's too incompetent seems unethical. There are far more mentally frustrating people in these facilities than Chris.

So they probably doped Chris up on horse tranquilizers, decided he can stand trial, and let him go. The photo has me thinking he is under some strong medication where he's tired, and lacking any emotion, except maybe some frustration about going back to jail.

Perhaps once his court date rolls around, the meds will be out of his system and he can go through his hearing without drooling on the floor.

But at least the silence was nice while it lasted.
the worst thing for me about Chris getting “treatment“ from mental health professionals is that Chris is very good at lying and deceiving them. it started with Bob and Barb hammering him hard to be normal around shrinks so Chris could go to normal school and all that (Bob also said they would take chris away if he was weird around mental health people). The idea guys and guardian’s told him to not tell his Sec8 shrink about the merge and that he can see magiChan…
I’m pretty black pilled that nothing will change.

I'll be really pissed if Chris is actually on HRT. Gender Dysphoria is a real thing and there are people out there struggling to get help for their legitimate problems.

Meanwhile the State of Virginia is prescribing HRT to a fat loser pretending to be a woman so he can get laid by lesbians.

Edit: the keyword here was if. I'm not making a definitive statement. I'm saying IF the State of Virginia prescribed Chris HRT I'd be pissed.
at the end of the day. Chris has a scrip for horse piss from a licensed doctor in the same state. Unless there some mitigating circumstances in that the prison literally can’t acquire horse piss, Chris will get it.

as much as I want to put on my top hat and believe that when Chris asked for HRT the warden called him up to his office and said;
“lol you’re not even a woman you fat faggot go back to your prison cell, no meals for a week tubby!” Then the warden stomps on a transformers toy he brought in just to upset Chris.

Calling this now. If and when he does send another letter it's not going to be delusional God babble but rather good ol fashioned tard rage on a level we've never seen from him before.
I can’t wait for the next letter, I want to see if the hospital had any impact on him or if he was hiding his craziness infront of them.

Two months seems like quite a long time to be in an inpatient facility, does that tell us anything?

This has probably been answered already, but 60 days is one of the standard periods used for a mental evaluation in a criminal case. However, many of the defendants I have seen can go through this a couple of times (case concluded, they're no longer in custody, they go off their meds, shit happens again, aka the 'revolving door' you hear about). This is round one.

If they have Chris competent to stand trial, is it possible they would move the court date up for fear that it’s basically temporary and would deteriorate over time in jail?

Probably not. The timing seems pretty deliberate IMHO. It's certainly possible to change it in many cases, but courts don't like to change things that are already scheduled (other than to cancel entirely). They especially don't like to move dates up, rather than delaying and rescheduling for later. If it was for competence issues, the statute clearly states that the review period should be 6 months, so it may not even be changeable.

The timing of the 6 month period also lined up with a time-served plea of one year, and I lean toward the idea that that is not an accident.

I just don't understand how it's evil to make love to your mother.
Yes, society doesn't really approve of it, but society doesn't approve of a lot of things. Barb hadn't hadn't felt the touch of a man in a decade, she was getting older, what people thought of her no longer concerned her. Her eyes fell on the one pickle that she could still hope to take a bite of; Chris' pickle. Of course she may have not verbalized it, but Chris and his mother have been together for a long time. She didn't need to say a word for him to understand.

This is a case of others cruelly interfering in matters they had no business interfering in. The only evil here is society.
Nice try, Marijan.
