This is to say, even getting pregnant without contraceptives is far from guaranteed, and staying pregnant isn't either, so what are the odds your condom will break (2%) and the pill will fail (4%), and you'll get pregnant, and stay pregnant?

Practically speaking, I may as well ask how often you'll be hit by lightning. 25% of women will have an abortion, you think they were all hit by this "lightning"? There's like an average of something near a million abortions per year, to put that in perspective.

Murder is killing under an unjustifiable reason. Since the act of killing requires the victim to be alive first in order to die we look for signs of life.

The typical abortion consists of either tearing limbs or chemically burning the body. Regardless of the method, under ultrasound you can see the fetus move away from foreign substances that harm him. The very act of it moving of its own will shows that the fetus is alive. Of course the heart beat and growth also shows that he is alive as well. Now one could say he isn't a human. But it is human nature to come into existence completely vulnerable in one cellular piece. So it's not like a fetus isn't a human.

Now that just leaves whether the death of the child is justified. Did the unborn child commit a crime? What act of evil did the child do to deserve death? Is the child actively killing another? And if no answer can really justify killing the unborn child, then yes. Abortion would be murder.

96% of abortion are in the first tremester. Your confusing it with late term abortion which is less than 1%. You pro life all go apeshit on the anedoctical rape/difformity argument but god damn you can't shut up on the rarer on late term abortion claiming all abortion are like that no exception
