I doubt it, he's an internet tough guy with a gigantic narcissistc ego, so afraid of being made fun of that he bans SnowKarl - that gave him about $100/month - and stops a stream completely due to 6:72 writing LMAO...
I think Dave is less connected to reality than Cobes, who thinks he can turn off/on street lights and create Chi balls, Dave's state of delusional is on an unknown level and it keeps getting worse due to him never meeting any actual humans.
Dave also limits human interaction to the few he allows in his echo chamber, he's allowing a few outsiders to inflate the numbers and to "prove how much he doesn't care". (but only the well-behaved ones, not someone saying something actually problematic)

1: Phil is sedentary thus literally no power to muscle/weight ratio
2: Depending on the size of the wallet and training length, it will really boil down to how much can Phil lose per stream to train v not going ahead and being a fat cunt
3: Phil will not just be K.O cold but face paralysis from all the Gin making his coordinaton to block and even parry, if Gin lag sets in to destroy the stroked up face and make it even more horrific
4:Keen will probably legal himself up to ensure Phil will have to pay if he loses or even backs out...

At this point I wouldn't be shocked that Scopely will come out and match Keem's offer $ for $ in support for one of their better whales. They'll get all of it back anyway.

Unfortunately, the only way DSP accepts anything is if it won't bruise his ego in a way that he can't goat laugh out of. So it'd have to be a commentary job or something easy. Then he can go back to the dents and talk about how "KEEM BEGGED ME IN DM'S TO DO THIS!" He's not getting in the ring though.

The $50k could explained by "Taxes from this payment took half moron ack ack ack" and "the rest was to pay off old back taxes - and it helped but it didn't cover all of it so I still need your support ok? Alright." Then LIMB the ones questioning why he didn't save it as he's on a payment plan already.
