Plus give the names and work places of the jail officers and hospital workers who he did not like.

Discussing that a particular nurse attracted Chris' ire is fine. That's about Chris. Digging up her salary, her license number, her age etc., is not about Chris, and is a dick move for weens.

Her salary in a public record (and a number of other things I did not cite because I could not link directly to them) and her licensing is what established she is and definitely has been a nurse for a long time, is above the general payscale for employees at this location, and is therefore probably in charge of something, establishing her role in Chris's life as well as that she was actually there at the relevant time Chris is talking about, as Chris is unreliable.

Exactly how does this harm her in any way whatsoever? I nearly always post the license numbers of attorneys in cases where it is relevant, especially in the weird cases where a question arises as to whether someone is even actually a lawyer at all (as in people have literally claimed to be some other actual lawyer in threat letters when it is obviously the person themselves).

What in the livid hell is weening about that? It's verifying facts with readily available public information, and even then, only that needed to establish the facts and context, when trying to figure out legal proceedings the government is quite literally deliberately obscuring (for good cause actually but that does not obligate me to help them with that).

Bro, I appreciate your sympathy for the nurse, I think you're coming from a good place.

From what I know, weens trying to contact this lady aren't going to make too much of an impact, since she's a person who has spent her entire career as a psychiatric nurse, working in wards that take adult prisoners as well.

For context, I knew someone who worked in an extremely similar job at a facility for slow-in-the-minds who committed violent or sexual offenses. He was on medical leave for a month one time because he made the mistake of turning his back on a 'client' one time (and got attacked and beaten in the head by them). When I talked to him, he blamed himself because he said "I knew never to turn my back on a client, but I messed up". Like, he didn't blame the tard who almost gave him brain damage. And that's the kind of stuff you deal with daily in a mental ward. Anyone who chooses to work in that field does so partially out of a sense of charity and duty, since their qualifications can get them a much cushier position elsewhere.

Yes, it sucks that weens might call her phone or try to email her "JULLLAAAY!", but she spends all day in a mental ward that takes adult criminal offenders. It's more likely than not a drop in the bucket for her. If weens start showing up and setting her house on fire, then we're talking. But at best all we have is maybe a phone number, and an abandoned LinkedIn account.

There's no getting the cat back in the bag. Honestly, I'm glad it was a senior nurse who is likely too boomered to really be present online and not a younger staff member. Shit, I'm glad he didn't dox or private info dump any of the fellow patients in the ward he met (at least, not yet). Like "I met xyz abc who was there because they had a psychotic break and drowned their baby and attempted suicide". Having mental health issues is stigmatizing enough without weens hounding you with details about your most vulnerable stuff.

I'm amazed they didn't redact the letter further. People have already found out exactly where he was and now have a growing list of staff that Chris likely interacted with. Weenery will reach out and try to interact with these people for just doing their jobs. Please don't fuck with social services. They work long hours and are usually paid shit. As for the revelation of the type of cases they work with: it makes 100% sense. I doubt the state is considering full insanity, but they do realize he's not of fully sound mind. Chris still 100% knows the difference between right and wrong, but you can tell in the final few videos from him that he is degenerating mentally.

IMO the halfway house end with strict rules and medical staff is looking more and more likely to be the endgame for Chris.

The circumstantial information we had previously meant that we already knew with reasonable certainty, but the fact that Chris knows her name means that he pretty much had to be there. He was in Western State Hospital and that is now fact rather than well-founded speculation.

Mental hospitals very often have a limited selection of food. They avoid things with caffeine and sugar if they can, especially with people who get agitated after consuming them. I know the better places sometimes have menus the patients can order off using one of those rubber pens they give you in jail, but it's usually nutritionally planned so one from column A, one from column B, etc. gets you essentially the same nutritional value.

Yes, even public behavioral health facilities usually have 3-4 choices on the menu for meals. This is both to keep the patients placated and have some sort of sense of choice, but also to provide a vegetarian/vegan/kosher/halal option so that you aren't violating a patient's beliefs. It keeps lawsuits away.

You can still be convicted on circumstantial evidence, provided that it all matches up to constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt. This includes stuff like material found at the scene like DNA evidence. For instance, there could be other explanations for Chris' DNA being in Barb's vagina, so it's circumstantial (i.e. it's dependent on circumstances), the question is how likely are the other explanations.

Direct evidence would be somebody testifying that they saw Chris actually fucking Barb. This in itself is not enough to convict necessarily, but if you back it up with circumstantial evidence, including Chris' own admission, it can constitute proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

I notice he lists the dates as 05082052 and 06012052. Did he write the first of the two 2's at the end backwards to make a heart? Did his autism make him do that or did his retardation make him mix up the numbers five and two? Looking at the other letters I see he does this consistently so it's probably the former. The bigger question is why my autism is making me dissect this.

It's something he's done in all of his jail letters, and I believe he may have done it previous to his arrest. It's just another CWCism that helps him express himself as a special, unique person.

This is just anecdotal, but I knew a tard growing up who acted exactly like how you're describing Chris here. They were reasonably well behaved in the moment, but if you said they were going somewhere they didn't want to, or worse, that theyweren't going to the place you said they would, they would chimp out for literal hours and break everything in sight. They weren't even a bad kid otherwise, it was just how their 'tism handled anything that defied their internal logic.

Yes, this is a common response in autistic children. They have an internal model of how things should work, and when it's challenged it's extremely distressing and chimpouts are a typical response. The difference is that most autists grow up, whereas Chris has remained a child.

I don't think she's just a nurse. She's listed as being among the 10% of higher paid employees. She probably supervised whatever burly dudes subdued Chris. Even her pay is only $54K, but that's reasonably good for rural Virginia in one of these thankless jobs. (Highest paid is about $250,000 and that is the person who runs the place, although data is from 2018 and she may be in a higher position now.)

She deserves a promotion after dealing with Chris.

While that's possible due to recent legislation allowing a diminished capacity defense for mental illness, that's extremely unlikely. More likely, his attorney is attempting a diminished capacity defense in order to secure a more lenient sentence. In particular an acquittal wouldn't accomplish much since he's spent a year in jail. On the other hand, a misdemeanor conviction with no enhancements would mean few long-term legal consequences -- Chris would not be a felon and would not be a registered sex offender. He would have done his time and be free to attempt to salvage his life.

Of course the worst punishment is the public knowing what happened, and his name being a google away from listening to a recording of him claiming to have fucked his elderly mother. No matter what the legal outcome, that is not going away.

If Chris gets off scot-free for raping his mother it will absolutely make mainstream news again

While an acquittal would probably get some negative reaction from right-wing pundits, it's impossible for him to get off "scot-free" since nothing can take back the year he's spent in jail, nor the public attention.

I don't know, they booted him out pretty quick back to jail. While Chris does have the air of insanity, when it really comes down to it, he's adjudicated as being not insane pretty quickly.
