This is the viewpoint that makes it worse. It happens because of the occasional user going rogue, it happens because of gayops. The site does need to be above some kind of board just to be able to operate and the protections required to keep it afloat against those things represents a very significant amount of its cost.

As far as the U.S. is concerned, doxxing is legal as long as it doesn't break these 3 guidelines:

1) The information found MUST be publicly available and can't be obtained via hacking.
2) It can't be done as a threat or blackmail
3) It can't be a Government employee - this rule mainly applies to people working in the CIA, FBI, etc. as doxing your mailman or congressman doesn't really matter

Every person I've doxed here I did on a whim and because I thought it would be funny. Whether or not they stopped being a mod/fan is just a reaction to realizing they got doxed.

In my opinion he has the same view of him that a lot of people who don't know much about him do, most people think he is just bad at games and begs for money, there is way more under the surface and I'm not implying Phil is the physical manifestation of evil and that he needs to be killed, I'm just saying that all the scummy stuff, general retardation and toxicity is unknown by most people who don't follow him. Also as you said Null constantly white knights for Phil, in the thread he talked about how if you want to stop bad guys you should be a police officer instead of doing gay ops to cows, but that somehow doesn't apply to the cows he finds interesting, I know you can't plan ops in general on this site but his position of "ops are gay and stupid" is purely for a legal reason rather than a point of principle as he is trying to make it sound.
Now that I think about it, Null's argument of "become a police officer and do this to bad guys" is literally the same argument Phil makes about detractor channels when he says that they are obsessed with him and rather than posting slanderous and out of context unedited videos of him or discussing every aspect of his life on the internet they should put those efforts in investigating bad people rather than him (him being a person that just wants to chill, play games and have fun).

John Hancock has been scamming people about building a video game museum for his games only to ban anyone who mentions the museum, MetalJesusRocks begged his fans to pay the trip to Japan for him as well as fix a house leak and Pat and Ian scammed money for Ian's doctor visit which just amounted to Ian needing to do some stretches.

There was a youtuber called AfroGamerDude who made videos calling these people out for being the lying scammers that they are only to hurt some retard's feelings that he got doxed during a livestream and was basically threatened to take down all of his youtube videos because of it. You can still find reuploads which people have of them on youtube.

The justification of course is that you can spread the virus to others, making individual rights a secondary concern, but with abortion somehow it only affects the woman even though the procedure is itself a termination of a second life. If you're unvaccinated but never leave your house, you only potentially harm yourself, but if you abort your healthy pregnancy (especially after the stage of viability) you always harm another, even if you're stuck on a desert island.

You also brought up a hypothetical where the logic could justify controlling a pregnant woman's diet but in some ways we already do this when it comes to using tobacco, alcohol or drugs. Only a few states criminalize this in certain circumstances, but it's not uncommon in lieu of prison time to strip the mother of her parental rights.

Personally I don't think the right to abortion was ever within the 14th amendment's text. It was a fanciful reading of that amendment and was a ticking timebomb just waiting to blow up in women's faces. I personally have no problem with abortion access, but short of congress writing a bill and codifying it into law (in some way that has no connection to the 14th amendment) it's probably going to remain a states' rights issue.
