This confirmation of EST but probably in a basement counts out FL. Particularly Tampa/St. Pete or anywhere south of there for sure. There is essentially nothing available with a basement in that region. You can dig a 7ft hole in a backyard in that area and hit water (in some places). Not entirely familiar with northern part of the state and basements but definitely not in the west central area.

Before you confirm him for being in EDT, he said he would be traveling between his new place and richmond 2-3 times. Not to mention the screenshot could have been clipped by Meigh or any of his gunt guards in that timezone and sent to him on discord/dm/telegram/etc. Confirming unconfirmed details is an easy way to overlook stuff.

I think the Gunt is less than a two hour drive from his old shack. Some place in western Virginia or even WV, where he could find a cheap crappy place out in the stix and landlord desperate to get it rented. Idk where Sisco lives, he’s got a PO Box in Keyser, but idk if that’s where he lives or not. But I wouldn’t be surprised if maybe Sisco helped him find a cheap place in his neck of the woods.

I get that his uncle had rental homes but Ralph would be incredibly lucky if one happened to be empty right when he needed one and that Uncle Howard wanted to give up all the extra rent money he could make in the current market. I think Gunt just found a cheap place that agreed to rent to him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he just rented the first floor (plus basement) of some shitty house right outside Richmond. I have my doubts he bothered to get a place that could adequately house his “family”.

I got the vibe it could be a short term place and he’s telling himself he will be there until he can finally make that dream move to Vegas or Florida, which could only happen if Pantsu and baby are banished. I doubt it will happen even if he dumps his baby mama but I can see Gunt telling himself this.

Something worth noting. If we rule out Memphis, then we should consider Florida. Florida is the only state in the continental United States that doesn't extradite to other states unless its a felony.

I agree with this but I also like our odds on AR. I'm in another thread that's purely AR based group of idiots and more than one commenter has said something about renter's requirements/protections essentially being non existent. That would jive with that breaker/dimmer switch panel from earlier.
The posters there also refer to West Memphis as being shittier than the part of AR this thread is based in. North Little Rock I believe. I could just be biased by that too.

Send out an IP2 streamer with $1 TTS and play an air raid over a loud speaker while he walks around. When the locals eventually kill him, another streamer picks up from the same house the next day. They could make almost $500/day if the air raid lasts one minute and they manage to stay alive for 8 hours.

I said it as a joke earlier that he would come on stream and say the person taking pictures was too stupid to see his truck parked behind the house. He will do a version of that someday soon. I think we should have a poll on how he might get doxed. I would definitely put "reading out his address (to order food/murse/etc), while covering his mouth, on stream." Ya know, with the audio on.
