Sure... The ex-football player, or class prom queen, or people who married their high school sweethearts... will commonly idolize their high school experience their entire lives, but that’s because there was actually a peak to gloat about. What Chris idolizes is just as much a fantasy as the rest of his life. When you think about it the only real era of Chris' life was his child hood, it was raw, untouched, untampered with, not touched by weens, trolls or white knights. Once he reached High School control of his life basically began to leave his grasp, paid gal pals, slid by in the education system, then shortly after trolls, weens, the sagas. I know the tired allegory is the Truman Show but its hard not to see the comparisons when you put it as such, Chris' life hasnt been his life since he was a teenager and in a weird way thats severely depressing. Of course that isnt to say he hasnt had a hand in ruining his life / losing control of it but its still something to think about.

We are 1 week away from the court hearing. Ruckersvillle is getting it's tard back on the streets.

Call me overly optimistic, but I just dont see Chris getting away scott free this time. Maybe not MAXIMUM POUND ME IN THE ASS PRISON, but I dont think he'll be free either.

When you think about it the only real era of Chris' life was his child hood, it was raw, untouched, untampered with, not touched by weens, trolls or white knights. Once he reached High School control of his life basically began to leave his grasp, paid gal pals, slid by in the education system, then shortly after trolls, weens, the sagas. I know the tired allegory is the Truman Show but its hard not to see the comparisons when you put it as such, Chris' life hasnt been his life since he was a teenager and in a weird way thats severely depressing. Of course that isnt to say he hasnt had a hand in ruining his life / losing control of it but its still something to think about.

All the "classic Chris" episodes would still probably have happened without the internet's influence as well. Him and Snyder, the Sonic protests, those were all conjured up and nurtured by Chris, with no help from anyone. However, without the ass patting from his "fans", and his idea that he has millions, certainly doesn't help him recover since in all those episodes, he can just do his usual "No, I was setup" or whatever and everything would be all right.

Chris in high school would have been pretty boring. He seemed to have enough to do to take up his adolescent retard energy, being tired as a common theme, he couldn't get into that much trouble. Not having any friends with cars certainly limited any trouble he could have gotten into. Also there's the whole thing with Chris not recognizing the paid-for friends he had until much later, so those weren't bad times because Chris never learned they weren't really his friends into much later, when he had other copes.

Chris in college would have been a sight to see though. Mixing in the attraction sign with him on a daily basis, and completely devoid of trolls or their influences.

If Chris absolutely insists on returning to 14BLC, they can't really do anything about it (until he gets arrested for trespassing). However, that doesn't mean they have to be up front and forthright about it. Chris will be much more willing to give a tard home a try if he believes he has no other options. I can't see anyone wanting to correct that belief.

Chris lives in the east though, where population density means that cell coverage is much better than most places.

Even back east that depends on the carrier. Do we know which is Chris' preferred service provider? If Chris is really lucky and ends up on a tard farm instead of a tard home, some of the economy mobile companies might not have the reach.

I think Chris is gonna get away with it. My reason for this is patterns I've seen in the past, I have had many insufferable people as peers; "Lighter" versions of Chris Chan who'd never face serious consequences for anything no matter how gross their transgressions are. They'd just stumble through life not learning anything, in any other society they would have been cast out or died, but now there is nothing stopping them. That's the pattern I've seen in the past, with Chris, and with other people like Chris.

Chris is gonna go to court, instructed to give brief responses, and the lawyer will have a steel defense for Chris and will likely spin a tale about how he was manipulated into saying all that stuff because he's a mentally disabled autist. The Judge, being some out of touch but well meaning boomer will likely agree with this defense and let Chris go.

Chris didn't really interact with trolls until 2007. By then he had an associates' degree and was in his mid 20's. Young adult Chris had plenty of time before the trolls.

If they had such a good defense, Chris would have been out long ago. Chris will almost certainly not be acquitted, nor will they simply drop the charges. They might let him go, but that's different from just letting him walk. He will probably plead guilty to at least one charge.

Now this is an outside play, but I think he might get deferred judgement, and that's how they'll apply the terms of his probation. That lets him *eventually* walk but they'll still have some control over him.

if all they had was chat logs and a voice chat then chris would have been out already because his lawyer would have argued that he was just roleplaying a fantasy. because hes still in jail over a year afterwards there is enough evidence that was gathered to support the allegations that he raped his mom.

this will likely end in another continuance but if they decide to put chris in jail for 5 or 10 years then chris would likely end up flailing on the ground screaming and crying. but more likely he is going to be drugged up and put in a tard home until he inevitably ends up in jail again. homeless saga is unlikely to happen but if it did chris would have a large number of weens/enablers willing to keep him in their basement as a trophy lolcow. i see kengle as the most likely willing to do this but i could also see chris refusing to live with kengle since chris hates kengle but puts up with him since he is one of the only people that chris can communicate with

Yes, the most likely outcome is that he'll plead guilty (or one of the various permutations like no contest, Alford plea, etc. depending on the particulars of Virginia law) to the misdemeanor stuff that he's already served the maximum sentence for.

My guess is that Heilberg is offering the state a choice.
Option 1: Chris pleads guilty (or similar) to the misdemeanors, you forget about the felony stuff, and he walks out having served his time.
Option 2: We go to war and contest everything and you can be the ones dragging a senile octogenarian into court to recount her rape in front of a jury, all for a chance at maybe incarcerating this pants-shitter another year.

As @StarDog says, it's because the Idea Guys initially sucked up to him and made him feel smug and validated. The Asperpedia Four were trying (Alec especially) to get him to admit that he'd been wrong to rip off Evan's character, and Chris cannot bear the idea of admitting that he's ever wrong.

He won’t be fully acquitted that’s for sure but yeah even if he somehow is given a far lighter sentence than some A -logs may wish him to have the more damaging consequences even if he walks free, Is that he’ll be more alone and socially isolated than he’s ever been in his whole life. Technically the magistrates cannot stop him from going back to his home but his only options are a tard home which he probably will not take advantage of because of his hatred of slow minded people. They cannot force help on him no matter what and I don’t think Chris will be lazy or passive enough to accept it either way. People like Chris normally just end up homeless.

When push comes shove, I think he'd be terrified of the idea of being homeless. Right after the motherfucking incident, he first stayed a night in the Sonichu van, and then took a trip to that motel the next day

Autists like Chris need some degree of comfort and consistency in their daily routine, that's why for Chris being in prison wasn't that unbearable for him (mostly) because he could stick to his own made up/improvised schedule to follow.

Being on the streets will really throw a spanner in the works for him, as he's never been in a scenario before where he was permanently homeless (he was lucky during the house fire his neighbours gave a damn).
