I have hard time believing Chris is on his way to being free right now. Maybe the judge sent him to a home and there is a "REVIEW" one year from now to see how he handles it?

"Free", meaning not in custody. Not "Free to do whatever he wants."

A tard home is not custody (unless they're actually given guardianship, and that's still not in the custody of the criminal justice system).

Yeah, residency at the home would be a condition of the release. I am about 99.9% sure that is what this is, because of the too far out to be a continuance period of 1 year. Matches up perfectly with a conditional, probationary release to a halfway house (or something like that).

Although, I did check Kengle's tweet replies, and somebody called the clerk, and they stated the case was "closed" I have no idea if that has to do with the sealing of the case. I will now proceed to REEEEE at the top of my lungs until my asshole falls off.
I'm MATI and I must REEEEEEEEEEEEE.
TL;DR Unless and until Chris chimps out majorly and winds up back in court... we're not getting our Tard Trial. REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe!!!!!

I would like to offer to all my fellow Kiwis who are coping, seething but not dilating a nice, phat white pill.

I know my fellow Amerimutts want to have their hand over their heart, sing the Star Spangled Banner whiles Chris cry screams in the background as the distinct sound of black balls slapping against his gooch get drowned out by our singing, but my BBC brainwashed mutts, that will not happen.

But don't worry, Chris is already in HELL.

@Blue Miaplacidus said it quite well here;
Chris in a group home means he will likely be back in jail very soon. He will not like it. Firstly he will have to keep his very very small area very clean. He will only have a small shelf for toys, and will have to keep up with his home duties. I don't see Chris being content with only being able to keep basically a shoebox worth of belongings. He's going to tard rage, a lot.

Chris who is used to living like this;

and this

will be forced to live like this;

yea, not gonna happen.

Chris is going to be away from his toys and not have the required 3 rooms he is used to for all his shit and he not be able to function without it. He will try to get anyone who will still talk to him to break into 14 Branchland and take back his 48 metric tons of plastic tat from china and some crayola model magic.

Also, he will now live an online life like Tommy Tooter.

For thoes who dont know, like Chris, Tommy addmitted to many sexual crimes but never got fully punished for them, but, because Tommy is such a pariah that he can never have a normal conversation on the Internet again, Chris will be the same.
Chris could tweet "Nice day were having" and he will get a shower of "was it a nice day when you creampied your mom?" "lol why is this rapist not in jail again?" "Blocked."

No one will help him, no one good will talk to him, he will go crazy and break in and maybe "free up" 14 Branchland forever... and it will be hilarious.

Tupac Shakur got bail, and he was accused of way worse than Chris Chan

They would not have held him for little over a year now if they had absolutely nothing to hold him on. No defence attorney worth his salt would allow his client to be incarcerated for more than a year for a case the prosecution could not prove. The prosecution would not hold him for more than a year on case they know they cannot prove. Jails are overcrowded, this is not a political case (even though it was briefly on Tucker) and the prosecutors I don't think have some kind of vendetta against Chris Chan
yeah but Tupac was privileged as he had money and legal support, a lot of community support and so forth, chris is a lowly pauper who is not even at , - but below the poverty line and he is quite hated by most, no contacts or connections, no friends, no real supports.

If Chris goes to a group home, will he be able to send and receive letters? Also, what about things like cartoons and art supplies? I would think that would be a good way to help keep tards occupied so they are less stress and danger to the staff.
oh yeah, hell be able to do arts n' crafts, he might get to play games and such, but they will limit his time, he will likely have to earn, tv, video game , and other privileges, he wont likely be allowed to just absorb himself into that shit 24/7 either, he will have to do chores as well as required to take care of his personal hygiene and his space

I will say that I personally am glad that Chris is most likely going to a group home instead of jail. I feel this way because in a group home, which is more tailored to psychiatric cases, Chris might get the true and honest mental help that he actually needs instead of just being locked up with normal assholes.
Maybe now he can be truly rehabilitated (It's Chris so maybe this is just wishful thinking) and start to possibly straiten some of his life out.

He absolutely should not ever be allowed to go back to 14 Branchland Court even if Barb isn't there. I really hope the bank takes the house and sells it off.

Not necessarily DNA since Chris claimed he used a condom.
Condom residue would show up on a test even if chris was the most calculated & meticulous rapist ever. But chris is a fat lazy fuck so his DNA would almost certainly show up.

Furthermore, being 80+ years old, barb’s skin is like paper. Any sign of abuse, mistreatment, or fat autistic thrusting would show up on her skin clear as day and would be there well after the fact, especially if it happened repeatedly.

Either way, evidence would be there, and clearly they found some. They wouldn’t lock his ass up for over a year over hearsay and retarded fantasy.

Here’s the real question. Would a group home allow Chris to have his possessions?
If he’s allowed to have someone gather his things, or have a police escorted trip to collect them, then he would have no reason to sneak back into 14blc. If he’s not allowed to have his games and toys, I see this as the bigger issue. Of course, an enabler getting Chris’s trust to gather said things for him would likely happen:

I don't think group homes really do any kind of rehabilitation. I've known some people who worked at some. They didn't seem like bad places, but behavior is restricted, privacy limited, and they only got to leave while be chaperoned. Usually weekly trips to Walmart and maybe some McDonald's.

That said, I do think that he might end up behaving a bit better, and might enjoy it more than some of you think. The reason that he enjoyed high school was because he was in a place where socializing was sort of mandatory, and he was around the same group of people every day. This would be a bit like that. As long as he doesn't get bullied by someone else there, he might actually start developing some kind of real bonds with other people.

Maybe I'm just being optimistic.

Plus the atrocity that is Chris’ bent duck would surely cause damage (bruising/tearing/etc). *If* she had a rape kit done, there is one page in the evidence collection packet that is basically a ‘draw/color the injury on the body part” and those of us who are properly trained SANE examiners are taught very thoroughly (and graphically) how to recognize internal vaginal bruising/abrasions, cervical bruising, fourchette tearing, etc.

The group home theory is probably in mind, is the most likely scenario I have stitched together thanks to the fine speculation by my fellow Kiwis. I think if anything this is the best scenario that could of happened to Chris, but if anything I am going to suspect he will more than likely end up reaching back out to the outside world, so we will know soon enough of this is verified. Considering his previously communications this was a possibility the defence was setting up for him, I would have to say that is probably the most likely option. Now whether or not he can fulfill the rules of the home are speculative, but considering his lack of impulse control; I would have to say that he will more than likely end up fucking up his probation in some bizzare manner that is totally out of left field. Considering he has a hard time listening to simple instructions because of his ego and God complex. He will more than likely chimp out and end up getting sent back to the pisscan. Which if that happens, then he will probably end up being sent to prison. Knowing Chris, he has a way of fucking up a good deal some how.

Not to say a group home is any type of scenario that anyone wants to encounter, this is the best outcome for Chris, considering he is indeed a slow in the mind. Though the type of group home he will be placed under and the level of supervision he will be placed under is entirely up to speculation, at least for now. I would have to say that he is going to be shacked up with other looney toons like himself, but he will probably have limited contact, because of the disgusting nature of his crimes.

Though again my guess is as valid as anyone else’s and I have no real data or legal knowledge of the nuances of Virginia State Law, so who really knows if they decided to just transfer him to another jailhouse for the time being. The group home scenario probably would give us the maximum amount of entertainment, considering that he will actually have to follow some terms to ensure he evaded prison, as well a possibility of not having to be left totally in the woods after his sentence is completed. Which I would have to say that more than likely he will be spending the remainder of his adult life in the tard house if he manages not to fuck up his probation. As well this could perhaps give him a level of reform and teach him how to actually operate to some level as a human. But again that is the most optimistic outcome and I am thinking he is just going to pout and mope about not being able to have his toys.

I just hope the tard wranglers can get Chris to perhaps abandon the weentastic delusions of being the Commodore Goddess or whatever fucking faggot nonsense he is spouting these days. Will that happen, fuck no, not in this timeline.

From what people have said he'll have a small shelf or a box to limmit what he can own and it's not beyond reason they force him to clean it up and dispose of items especially if he starts trying to get smart and game the system, the day's of Chris having an abundance of toy's to play with are comming to a end especially if he's in a group home.

It's not that he won't have any like the Homeless Saga would imply, but he would have just enough to play with and leave him wanting more but not having it leading to Chimpouts, that could have a worse effect on him.

I honestly think you are being pretty optimistic.

Chris isn't Chris from then. He is whatever gwar character the internet, his family, and to a greater extent his own actions have created.

Do I think a person like Chris could turn things around in this situation? Sure, actually I feel quite strongly about that.

But here is the difference.

Chris is so far down the path of being Chris , such a pinnacle of stereotypes and deficiencies, he has hit critical mass.

I'm not the type to write someone off easily, but Chris is the human equivalent of a cash sink car. Any effort spent trying to make him better is wasted in anything but the ultra short term.

I was shocked too at first. But when you think about it, he's autistic and a troon. So he can pretty much do whatever he wants.
Of course, an enabler getting Chris’s trust to gather said things for him would likely happen:
It'll be Kengle. I know he said he was done with Chris after the whole "get my mom into a nursing home so I can have my toys" thing but he won't pass up a chance to get in Chris's good graces.
