I have hard time believing Chris is on his way to being free right now. Maybe the judge sent him to a home and there is a "REVIEW" one year from now to see how he handles it?

The faggot says this based on what?
"Free", meaning not in custody. Not "Free to do whatever he wants."
A tard home is not custody (unless they're actually given guardianship, and that's still not in the custody of the criminal justice system).
Although, I did check Kengle's tweet replies, and somebody called the clerk, and they stated the case was "closed" I have no idea if that has to do with the sealing of the case. I will now proceed to REEEEE at the top of my lungs until my asshole falls off.
I'm MATI and I must REEEEEEEEEEEEE.
TL;DR Unless and until Chris chimps out majorly and winds up back in court... we're not getting our Tard Trial. REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe!!!!!
Chris in a group home means he will likely be back in jail very soon. He will not like it. Firstly he will have to keep his very very small area very clean. He will only have a small shelf for toys, and will have to keep up with his home duties. I don't see Chris being content with only being able to keep basically a shoebox worth of belongings. He's going to tard rage, a lot.
Chris who is used to living like this;

yea, not gonna happen.
Basically that scene from 12 Monkeys, but it's a fat idiot in a pink gown instead of Brad Pitt in a sweater.I can't shake the mental image of Chris's throwing a fit for not wanting to mop, causing the other slow in the minds to start banging tables and making noises.
yeah but Tupac was privileged as he had money and legal support, a lot of community support and so forth, chris is a lowly pauper who is not even at , - but below the poverty line and he is quite hated by most, no contacts or connections, no friends, no real supports.Tupac Shakur got bail, and he was accused of way worse than Chris Chan
They would not have held him for little over a year now if they had absolutely nothing to hold him on. No defence attorney worth his salt would allow his client to be incarcerated for more than a year for a case the prosecution could not prove. The prosecution would not hold him for more than a year on case they know they cannot prove. Jails are overcrowded, this is not a political case (even though it was briefly on Tucker) and the prosecutors I don't think have some kind of vendetta against Chris Chan
oh yeah, hell be able to do arts n' crafts, he might get to play games and such, but they will limit his time, he will likely have to earn, tv, video game , and other privileges, he wont likely be allowed to just absorb himself into that shit 24/7 either, he will have to do chores as well as required to take care of his personal hygiene and his spaceIf Chris goes to a group home, will he be able to send and receive letters? Also, what about things like cartoons and art supplies? I would think that would be a good way to help keep tards occupied so they are less stress and danger to the staff.
Condom residue would show up on a test even if chris was the most calculated & meticulous rapist ever. But chris is a fat lazy fuck so his DNA would almost certainly show up.Not necessarily DNA since Chris claimed he used a condom.
I don't think group homes really do any kind of rehabilitation. I've known some people who worked at some. They didn't seem like bad places, but behavior is restricted, privacy limited, and they only got to leave while be chaperoned. Usually weekly trips to Walmart and maybe some McDonald's.I will say that I personally am glad that Chris is most likely going to a group home instead of jail. I feel this way because in a group home, which is more tailored to psychiatric cases, Chris might get the true and honest mental help that he actually needs instead of just being locked up with normal assholes.
Maybe now he can be truly rehabilitated (It's Chris so maybe this is just wishful thinking) and start to possibly straiten some of his life out.
He absolutely should not ever be allowed to go back to 14 Branchland Court. Even if Barb isn't there I really hope the bank takes the house and sells it off.
Plus the atrocity that is Chris’ bent duck would surely cause damage (bruising/tearing/etc). *If* she had a rape kit done, there is one page in the evidence collection packet that is basically a ‘draw/color the injury on the body part” and those of us who are properly trained SANE examiners are taught very thoroughly (and graphically) how to recognize internal vaginal bruising/abrasions, cervical bruising, fourchette tearing, etc.Condom residue would show up on a test even if chris was the most calculated & meticulous rapist ever. But chris is a fat lazy fuck so his DNA would almost certainly show up.
Furthermore, being 80+ years old, barb’s skin is like paper. Any sign of abuse, mistreatment, or fat autistic thrusting would show up on her skin clear as day and would be there well after the fact, especially if it happened repeatedly.
Either way, evidence would be there, and clearly they found some. They wouldn’t lock his ass up for over a year over hearsay and retarded fantasy.
Here’s the real question. Would a group home allow Chris to have his possessions?
If he’s allowed to have someone gather his things, or have a police escorted trip to collect them, then he would have no reason to sneak back into 14blc. If he’s not allowed to have his games and toys, I see this as the bigger issue. Of course, an enabler getting Chris’s trust to gather said things for him would likely happen:
He's still watching the videosThis fucking judge is the greatest troll in Christory. Let us see what's happening FFS.

That said, I do think that he might end up behaving a bit better, and might enjoy it more than some of you think. The reason that he enjoyed high school was because he was in a place where socializing was sort of mandatory, and he was around the same group of people every day. This would be a bit like that. As long as he doesn't get bullied by someone else there, he might actually start developing some kind of real bonds with other people.
Maybe I'm just being optimistic.
I was shocked too at first. But when you think about it, he's autistic and a troon. So he can pretty much do whatever he wants.I have hard time believing Chris is on his way to being free right now. Maybe the judge sent him to a home and there is a "REVIEW" one year from now to see how he handles it?
It'll be Kengle. I know he said he was done with Chris after the whole "get my mom into a nursing home so I can have my toys" thing but he won't pass up a chance to get in Chris's good graces.Of course, an enabler getting Chris’s trust to gather said things for him would likely happen:
