Civilian version has 30 rounds max, dunno if mags compatible
Also fast boolet make sex to armor
I'm talking about the scope of the game, they only have 50rd mags for P90.

How does 5.7 compare to 855M, or is that what you're referring to with AR as a lot of the newer ones are 9mm.

A handy dandy ammo performance chart for Tarkov, in case anyone wanted to know how autistically appealing the game is for detail-oriented ADD assholes like me.

Mmm stat charts my beloved

The chart can explain performance comparisons better and more concisely with the hard stats of the game than just personal takes, but in most cases a rifle cartridge will outperform a pistol-sized cartridge based on muzzle velocity and weight. The M855 is a specific kind of 5.56 whereas I was just saying 5.7 as a blanket for the 5.7x28 cartridges that encompass all what the P90 uses. Lower tier 5.7 is still just as crap as all other pistol sizes but the upper end is on par with rifle rounds, but the P90 isn't going to have the same kind of range that a 5.56 can achieve even if it's damage and penetration numbers are better. It's optimal threat range is well within optimal threat range of longer reach weapons, so you need better positioning, tactics and probably the element of surprise in that case rather than just a straight shot for shot exchange. The P90 was more or less devised to be a weapon carried by vehicle crews to defend themselves if caught in extreme close quarters, though it's also gotten some success in the SMG field regardless, it's intended for close quarters combat. It'd do well in close quarters exchanges like interiors because then the range is no longer a question, but open fields and long lots are a bane.

There's also a lot of situational elements to compare over whether or not it's a better choice, like reflection chance and fragmentation, what armour the target is wearing, etc.

I mean… 855m is a specific type of 5.56 (typical ar ammo)…and not a particularly good one for either defense or target shooting (a lot of shooting ranges ban it, and hollow points are faaaar better for defense). ‘5.7’ is way less specific because that’s the caliber, not a specific type of ammo, but short answer would be that it’s basically in the middle of ‘pistol’ and ‘rifle’.

But like the other guy said, Goldeneye made P90’s cool. If you have a ton of money and want to be cool, go for it, otherwise an ar is a better bet.

As far as Tarkov is concerned, I will say that that FN 5-7 pistol is a sweet skullpuncher for a backup weapon (use SS190 or SB193, of course).

The P90 is okay. But if you want to vaporize someone with a PDW, a Vector will do it faster than anything.

Happy 6666 page, this is me, watching this cursed art stream between Mori and Maaag

She could just have regurgitated the stupid "talent freedom" nonsense without taking direct shots at a competitor, no matter how true or untrue something is, this kind of shit will only fan the flames of tribalfaggotry and get on the bad side of everyone who likes hololive (which is a big percentage of the western fanbase), i would not defend this shit if it came from gura, vox or any other big names in the industry. Also, half her statement is bs, the only part which is even somewhat true is the relationship part.
You know you fucked up when even reddit (who mostly sided with vshojo in the nux drama) is unanimously against your point, i do think it's a nothingburger but i don't think it's "well and good because she has a point".

I am pretty much with you guys on it being a nothingburger and a misguided thing to say, if it hadn't been for the name drop it would have been benign. If I have to guess what she meant, it was that Vshojo's veil between the character and the streamer is as thin as the person wants it to be, and there's a place for that in the industry as well.

That being said, I doubt this is enough to stop collabs or anything, and the people that didn’t like Vshojo weren't going to be won over by the interview anyway. Keeping a competitors name out of your mouth and away from direct comparisons is just good business practice.

This is just a question of genuine curiosity, but we know that Pippa or PC tried to ask Null to take down some stuff about Lia (iirc), but is there any chance Anykara or Cover going after this place?
unlikely, with anycolor, it's likely a consequence of Japans laws on defamation (getting some good milage out of being able to quote this old post of mine this is like the 3rd time it's become relevant again)
It's a weird area as far as Japanese standards go. like beyond the cultural tendency to avoid outright shit talking people nad rocking the boat, there's also the fact that japanese law can be pretty exceptional regarding it as well. Something a lot of folks don't realize a lot of times is you can be charged with and punished for Defamation in japan, even if what the person is saying is 100% true.

There have been cases where someone exposed their boss for cheating on their spouse, and it was true, but the person that exposed him was fined in court. And on a more extreme side of things an author wrote an article and was fined for reporting on someone basically sexually assaulting drunk passed out people, despite even trying to censor out the persons identity simply because the court deemed that there was still enough information present to identify the man.

Basically unless there's a strong case to be made that information is in the public's interest talking shit or trying to expose people in Japan is just asking to be dragged to court for damaging someones honor/reputation.
Those laws can't be applied to people outside of Japan and couldn't be levied against the farms.

Poor Pippa, can't even figure out a shotgun despite using it in real life. Girl needs a bunker.

Pippa was also on New Grounds, I wonder if she watched Alfred's Playhouse? Also I never knew they hired talent, sad to hear they couldn't figure out how to monetize their shit.

And Pippa kills her Sleepy gimp. Remind me to never arm her in the bunker without proper training.

Overall I'd personally say that the 5.7x28mm is a pretty alright round, basically effective at what it was designed to do, and that the P90 is a pretty good gun designed around it. They're both just very niche.
So how does it feel if you're not used to the grip? It just looks awkward to hold a P90. Though really the idea of fearing body armor being widespread is just goofy, the revolutionaries don't value their stooges, if anything their deaths make the night of long knives easier for them.

it's intended for close quarters combat.
I feel like I'd just want my Glock instead as a sidearm. It's good info you're throwing out there, but I just think I'd rather have other arms in both cases, but maybe it's that it's a bit of both that makes it ok?

and hollow points are faaaar better for defense)
Hollow points have more stopping power and it's the right choice because it's what authorities use, so if you ever have to defend yourself you at least have that excuse for when the DA tries to bury you on the type of ammo you use because no ammo is the right kind of ammo.

Yeah, the 5-7 is my goto sidearm if I want to run one because it's hard to argue the power of the upper tier 5.7 rounds even against thiccboi armour and the less autistic might believe me/feel safe when they see me running around with a handgun and I say "It's just a pistol, I'm only trying to do tasks. Fucking Prapor right?"
