Keffals / Clara Sorrenti / Lucas John Roberts / Queen Clara the Fart Dominatrix / SorrentiThott - Twitter / Twitch slacktivist. Obsessed with being famous. Operator of the Catboy Ranch. Canadian T-Girl porn star and independent Fart Fetish / Findom Dominatrix. Personally sponsored sending Chinese HRT from Brazil to children without parental consent.

Yes. but it's not illegal to tell people how to go about doing it. I could post my favourite meth recipe right here and it would be perfectly legal. Thinking that anyone's going to get arrested just for hosting the DIY HRT site is cope.
Telling people where to go and how to get it certainly is illegal in Canada to my understanding. Also that's kind of dumb statement that's like saying if I tell people where and how to buy heroin I can't be arrested and charged because I'm not buying or selling it. It's called conspiracy and people have been convicted for it. Seems dumb but it happens.

>Canadian law describing the language of their controlled substances and drug policy act.

This part stuck out to me and I think describes what you're saying.

Provide: " means to give, transfer or otherwise make available in any manner, whether directly or indirectly and whether or not for consideration"

One can argue Lucas certainly made the diy hrt available or provided to minors through linking the Directory in his discord. I don't know if they have anything like Rico in Canada but you could also argue Lucas (A Canadian citizen) Directly funded the manufacture of these drugs by sponsoring the Directory with Bob posting (A Canadian citizen) in connection to some shithole in Brazil. Which makes it international or federal at least. Which is a more serious crime. Felony even. That being said I don't think anything will happen because leaf land is pozzed and not a real Country. It's a British territory. And I'm not a lawyer. Would certainly be funny if it did though. All those media outlets Canada's VP, Bradley Manning (Chelsea Manning) pushed this guy Lucas so hard.

You can read more about it yourself, penalties, statues, which drugs are certain schedules, etc etc.
https//laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-38.8/

they're also willing to make an ass out of Lucas by taking his money to file a defamation suit in a country where that's really hard to prove considering the first amendment, Null might be able to score himself some dosh to buy himself a new house.
Again, read what the letter says, this does not appear to be a defamation lolsuit consultation, it appears to be some kind of personal injury consultation, so I am guessing it's tort law based rather than speech-based. It's about the question whether KiwiFarms/Joshua Moon had a legal resonsibility to prevent or stop some kind of harm from being done to Keffals. Again, I know absolutely nothing about Canadian law and next to jack about US law, so perhaps someone with more knowledge can comment on this.

Joshua Moon, please, start fundraising right now.

Deranged Tweeter storm incoming. Lucas always ups his tard level when he gets push back. The narcissism is strong in this balding man.
He needs to get absolutely slammed over the bathtub estrogen shit. That's something which even normies will find appalling and which can get investigated by authorities other than the local PD.

Imagine being a pathetic coward like Matthew Prince who now has to go through the rest of his life knowing he bowed subserviently to the likes of this. Eat shit, Clownflare. Hope all our paying customers realize your service is garbage because all it takes is a yellow-toothed chink whining to get your fake DDoS service to dump them.
We all know you’re Matthew Prince stop pretending and laying it on so thick.

"Client Engagement Agreement",
This was what kind of threw me off and then they were casually talking about "the engagement" without specifying what it is. The "phraseology" of it is all wrong. The only person who uses that specific verbiage is Heidi Lou Design who is assuredly not an attorney and unlikely to even be engaging in profitable business. There's different bits and pieces that shouldn't be unique to the document, but they are. I mean this shitpost that wasn't worth a standalone comment here looks more authentic:

Made a slight edit from this morning to acknowledge Keffals is literally malding. You shouldn't have been mean to us!

I've seen you say this a couple of times, but defamation/libel/slander is a tort. A PI firm could do defamation, though usually it's non-Internet defamation claims or some sort of claim in connection with other causes of action (like when a boss tortiously fires you and defames you to your coworkers in the process, the firm can handle both claims).

Ironically, the jankiness of the letter is what gives me pause before outright calling it fake. Keffals could have found some example of a real document, changed it around a bit, and posted that. If it's fake, why make it so sloppy-looking? Puzzling.

Oh this is almost too good lol, priceless even.
It all makes sense.
All the "ratios" the vitriol, the spite, the hate, the hormones and trooning out, all an attempt by a sad, fat, balding man to escape the follicular apocalypse he could see was in his future, part of his genetic heritage.
All an attempt to defy fate and head off that shiney dome he saw in his future.
All the attempts to silence mockery and deplatform the Farms, who he knew would point and laugh at the ridiculous balding tranny, wiping away tears as he screams "ratio! RATIO!" at his screen behind an army of bots.
It all makes sense.
He tries to defy Fate, but God will not be mocked, and now it's all tumbling down, tumbling down, tumbling down for poor Lucas.
Just like the hair when he combs it.
Which is why he stopped doing that.
And washing it.
And looking in the mirror, because when he does, it's not the uwu cute girl he pretends to be staring back, but a fat, hunchbacked BALDING prematurely aged man staring back.
And thanks to DesTiny, the cuck he tried to springboard his career off, he's been exposed and all his followers and support are slipping out the door while theres still time, his HRT cronies, bailed, his fiance, bailed, his Twitter support, bailing, his hair... well, you know, don't you Lucas.
And despite your best efforts, we are still here, laughing at you.
Laughing at the fat, hunch backed, failing, BALDING tranny.
Karma's a bitch Lucas, just the girls at school who bullied you and gave you this complex to start with.
Laughter always wins.
He who laughs last laughs longest, and we're still laughing.
And you're still bald.

I don't see how they would expect to collect on any such judgement

It's so strange. When I look up sample Canadian letters of engagement, they all look better and more professional than this. They all also make sure to have a letterhead and quickly include recitation of valid consideration and the fee structure for the work. If this was ripped from a template, it was ripped from a bad one that he would have had to ignore better ones to copy. I don't know what this is that Keffals posted, honestly.

I've got a tinfoil hat theory about the lawyer letter that I haven't seen brought up yet. It's not based on anything other than speculation so call me a fag all you want, but I think it's worth mentioning as a possibility.

Over the past couple weeks, Keffals has been baited by people from here and the Telegram with fake letters and the like several times; the three notable instances where he swallowed the bait whole was the fake surrender message by AMHOLIO that spelt out "NIGGERFAGGOT", and the two German and British guys who posted fake letters stating there was a warrant for them to appear in court over their comments online under the charge of "Cyberterrorism". Keffals boasted about how he won and the evil Kiwis are getting what theirs, then quickly backtracked after he caught on that he was being fucked with.

What if this is a shitty attempt by him to try to do that to us by posting a fake lolsuit document to try to scare everyone on the site into submission or risk getting it taken down in court? This document, as people are pointing out, does not look like it's from a legit source. It almost looks like it came from someone trying to replicate a legit source with a very poor grasp on the subject matter from all angles. With the GoFundMe scam having the curtain pulled back publicly on a large scale and his few supporters dwindling even further, it could be a desperate attempt to save his ass both financially and reputationally and make it look like he's going to take the site down for good via lawfare with the money he was intending to pocket for himself.

Idk, this is just my guess at the situation, don't believe anything I've said as fact until more concrete evidence is discovered. Something isn't adding up with this whole thing though, and all that's clear is that Keffals is definitely trying to hide something he posted in a panic.

If that was true, deleting the tweet asap would kinda defeat the purpose, no?

I agree, it looks weird. It says at the top "Client Engagement Agreement", but that's not what an agreement normally looks like. It's weird that only the name of the law firm is given, normally it should be followed by an address. And the phrase "Professional providing instructions" is weird. They say they will act in accordance with instructions provided by Keffals, so he is the "professional" providing instructions?

I'm not saying it's definitely fake, but it doesn't look real.
I am sure the next, updated, letter that he posts will have these missing details added. He reads this forum you know, so he will take your advice to heart. I will laugh my ass off when he publishes the "new" agreement.

But this is not appear to be a "take that off the internet" lolsuit consultation, this appears to be some kind of a personal injury lolsuit consultation, so my guess is tort law.
Its Canada. Who gives a fuck about Canada. If some Canadian tried to sue me in a Canadian court I wouldn't even bother responding.
I seriously wouldn't even waste the fucking postage or phone call.
Fucking Canada.
They can't do shit to a foreign national, living overseas.
You can't enforce civil suits internationally and you can't extradite over a lawsuit.
As long as you don't have assets in Canada and don't plan on travelling to Canada what the fuck can they do lol?

I agree completely, like I said my post is purely a shot in the dark and is probably wrong. I'm just trying to make heads and tails of this whole thing tbh because it makes no sense from any angle I look at it. We already know Keffals is completely unhinged at this point, so really we should expect anything, but deleting the post is a mind-blowingly stupid thing to do whether it was fake or real. Maybe he knew we would be on top of it and do a reverse psychology thing? Maybe he had a second thought too late? If it's real maybe he thinks we would mount an offensive to it? It doesn't really add up to anything at all with what we know. I just wanted to put my theory out there on the off chance it could come up again.
