Indeed the image of the devil being a goat man with hooves and horns was co opted from later mythology in say the medieval and Renaissance eras. It would make sense to have him more human like and dapper. Even as far as the Bible goes he's not inherently evil so much as he's a tragic fallen figure. Man has the opportunity to redeem himself (in life as far as he hevean in this series is concerned) lucifer does not and never will have that chance, he made his bed so he has to lay in it.Correct. Lucifer is depicted as handsome in many iterations, so I've always thought his design was perfectly fine. He's dapper yet clearly sinister, plus he's even got the snake and apple in his hat.
