Incidentally, reporting this to the proper authorities would not be self-doxing, one doesn't need to have a kf account to be a good citizen who notices a crime.

Depending on the country, one does not need to be affected by the crime to report it and again depending on the country, the prosecutor must start an investigation and cannot simply decide not to charge the criminals.

Yes, it's obviously criminal conspiracy and RICO, but they say "it's never RICO" for a reason. RICO has such an incredibly high pleading standard that you have to plead the essential facts explicitly and with evidence, essentially before having any access to the very discovery that would get you those facts.

You essentially need a whole floor of a law firm and a small army of private investigators even to get past the courthouse doors. The usual response of a court to a RICO claim is to laugh you out of court. Even if there is an actual case there, you can't make it. Look how fucking Gotti, pretty much the definition of a perp the statute was made for, slithered out of case after case.

Also as for conspiracy, just google Iqbal and Twombly. It almost doesn't exist any more as a cause of action, the Supreme Court magicked it out of existence.
