i seriously doubt that trannies are running loic on their home computers so police could arresst them for computer sabotageIt is also interesting to note that people getting together and planning a ddos is imho a criminal conspiracy. I wonder if the likely interference in US interstate commerce would further fall into a RICO thing.
Idk but this ketfal guy and the googal chinese shouldn't be advertising so much that they seem to be in fact, in their own way, conspiring to commit a crime.
Delaware example:
and the kanadish keffal seems to be encouraging this Canadian crime (see 1.1):
I cannot help but wonder what would happen if a resident of the US actually reported to the authorities that there is a group of people conspiring to block certain US-based websites, or if a Canadian reported the mischief above.
and it's a crime in Germany too:
and in Italy too:

oh dear, wasn't the keyfal in Ireland? section 4 seems quite clear:
Criminal Justice (Offences Relating to Information Systems) Act 2017
The electronic Irish Statute Book (eISB) comprises the Acts of the Oireachtas (Parliament), Statutory Instruments, Legislation Directory, Constitution and a limited number of pre-1922 Acts.www.irishstatutebook.ie
I mean we know about KF, but they could be doing the same with other websites or services.
Incidentally, reporting this to the proper authorities would not be self-doxing, one doesn't need to have a kf account to be a good citizen who notices a crime.
Depending on the country, one does not need to be affected by the crime to report it and again depending on the country, the prosecutor must start an investigation and cannot simply decide not to charge the criminals.
instead, i think they anonymously pay bitcoins to some ddos-for-hire hacker on tor and have his botnet do the dirty work for them
very unlikely that a criminal investigation will go anywhere, no matter what country
