Happy New Year, dear kiwis!

I've been busy and haven't fully caught up, so I apologize if any of these tweets were already posted ITT.
After the
Tranchers put out their official response to Paul's accusations, Paul had this to say:
[Basically: the Tranchers are being very misleading and slandering Paul & Kindness to distract from the Tranch's problems. Penny is quick to accuse people of "treason", and he has a "pattern" of breaking promises & poor communication.]
Paul insists that the alpacas need to be shorn every summer. [The Tranch did it late last year, and not at all this year.]

If you ever raise doubts or ask inconvenient questions, the Tranchers (and troons in general, TBH) will block/ignore you and try to freeze you out.
"Trans haven", btw. For a long time, the Tranchers were encouraging fellow troons on social media to come visit or even live at the Tranch permanently. Penny found out the hard way that this leads to a bunch of freeloaders showing up at your door, which is why he eventually purged the old field serfs and became much more selective. Apparently more than a few troons have tried to relocate to the Tranch, only to be denied at the last minute, leaving them stranded/homeless.
Probably my favorite part of the
Tranch's response to Paul was how they tried to minimize his role. He and Penny were the co-founders [
1] [
2] [
3] of the Tranch (although they called themselves "co-owners" as seen in the linked Twitter bios), but in the response Paul was only referred to as "our former CFO and a former member who joined the Ranch shortly after its formation". The reality is that Penny was the one who thought of the initial idea of the Tranch, while Paul (together with Paul's mom and Sky - Paul's husband) fronted the money to buy the Tranch property. Penny now calls this issue of property ownership a mere "clerical matter"...
The real estate title for the land upon which we operate was initially drawn up under our CFO’s name as opposed to our entity’s name. This was, plainly, an improper way to formulate this paperwork and that is a clerical matter being addressed very soon this coming year.

As expected, the situation with the Tranch's taxes & charity status must be a complete mess. All the money was pooled together and often spent/wasted on personal luxuries. Definitely criminal, but they'll never see consequences for it.

New pinned tweet from Paul. He's out for blood and not backing down from the troon backlash he's getting.
Without outright admitting it, Paul basically says KF was right all along. The Tranchers are animal hoarders who abuse people, threaten their local community, aren't sustainable, don't do any research, etc...
Another (small) juicy detail about the FTM field serfs. Could it be... that the Tranchers are raging misogynists that would put even incels to shame? No way!
Paul takes a break from destroying the Tranch to remind us that he's a delusional idiot:

Reminder, this is what Paul looks like...
Paul says he's been holding back, partially out of privacy concerns and partially because he's been busy. For the record, I believe him. There have been a couple troons on twitter harassing him for "receipts", which he has so far declined to share. However, he
absolutely could dump private messages / texts he's had with the Tranchers which would show how awful they are, and it's simply a fact that he owns the Tranch property, so he could easily provide documents proving that as well. He's just getting started!

The infamous Alpacawitz tweet (which was already posted here).

For reference, Penny has
claimed in a past interview that most of their alpacas came from two separate herds of 76 and 98 alpacas that they "rescued", so Paul's talking about that second batch. It's long been my belief that they've had mass deaths every winter due to poor care making their animals even more vulnerable to the cold, so imagine how many more alpacas & other animals have died since the winter of 2020! Probably the only reason they still have 100+ alpacas is because they allowed the males & females to intermingle for way too long before eventually separating them, leading to a whole bunch of unexpected pregnancies.
It's not just a matter of starvation/malnutrition; I also don't believe for a second that they've given their animals proper veterinary care (deworming, vaccinations, etc). Too expensive and too much effort for the Tranch when they could spend that time/money on guns, toys, alcohol, and LARPing instead!
More nonsense about how the Tranchers were mean to poor Kindness

:
Paul realizes that the Tranchers are probably going to abandon the alpacas, so he'll be stuck with trying to "rehome" (or euthanize) them. Penny's family home with only 5 acres certainly isn't sufficient, although I don't doubt that the Tranchers will bring at least a few alpaca with them so they can pretend they didn't abandon the whole herd.
About the Tranch as a "crisis center":
Paul's still on the warpath.

If you're reading this, Paul, then please dump PMs/texts & financial statements! The Tranchers will easily brush off accusations of abuse from anonymous people.
You have to understand that Penny is planning on dumping all of the Tranch's messes on YOU. He's going to go back to his parents' house in the next few months, and YOU will be the person on the hook for the Tranch wasteland & starving horde of animals.
