TacSwap is actually really awesome and those guys deserve more support, you just see stupid shit on there sometimes.
Took a cursory look and it seems like an interesting site. Lots of recent postings but it definitely has an air of being unfinished.
While browsing the front page, I found a 100$ MP5 patch for "SupDef" - Superior Defense. I was curious as to why it was so expensive and if it was just a mark up added by the reseller or if it was originally sold at a high price. I could not find the original listing on SD's store, but Ebay and other sites had the same patch selling for $120 and $250.
Would you pay $100+ for something like this? The SupDef logo is in the style of the Superdry logo in the top left and a Supreme red box logo is on the mag. A crossover with Acoustic Attenuation Group with a limited 100 patch run.
SupDef's website looks like it is trying to be the "Supreme of skater gun gear", with high prices, standard quality printed T shirts with logos and limited run merch drops.
Archive of their store page going back to mid 2020
They even blurred out the shirt and hat designs on their previous release pages as shown below.

Their about page has no information apart from that they are a gun shop located in Nevada (
https://supdef.blog/about/).
Some of their previous designs. No prices were listed for these specific items but on archive.org T-shirts went for $30, hoodies were $70+ and range bags were 300-400+

Truly bizarre.
Anyone know anything about SupDef or what their gimmick is?
<Note: wrote this a few weeks ago but forgot to post it>
Anyone know the deal with this guy? CRS Firearms.. Only thing I saw on this thread was about Meth. ETA: After watching it appears to be an ATF bust, big one if they were tracking him like he says. Seems paranoid as hell though.
The video is the embodiment of [schizo mode: activated] and he was actually right for once about the strange cars and vans. His breakdown at the end is understandable.
The rope lights around door ways seems like a smart idea to affect night vision but quite obvious. How well would powerful IR floodlights mounted around a house and under windows to act as IR dazzlers work? They would definitely fuck with NVGs and would be great for CCTV cameras while not polluting the visible spectrum.
Returning fire on an ATF hit squad and thinking you have a "snowball's chance in hell" seems a bit optimistic.
I remember seeing him in a video a couple years ago where he was talking about the legality of machine guns and how to obtain them (both legally and illegally). This was probably the thing that drew the ire of the govt. The original video seems to have been shoa'd but I found a copy here

A video
here points to CRS (Matthew Hoover) selling lightning link steel cutouts as pictured below to be the reason he was raided. In the description of the video a copy of the indictment was attached and it seems to confirm the video as true (not an expert in reading law documents). I attached the document below
Matthew Hoover confirmed as CRS firearms channel operator and store owner
Heavy charges that put him as a co-conspirator with Ervin - main seller of lightning links I think.
Not fun charges to fight against
