Considering Bob's relentless nostalgia for mediocre 90's shit I'm surprised he hasnt flirted with the Furry fanfom. I suppose it's because he isnt a Sonic fanboy he missed out on the good Sonic cartoon which seems to be some sort of epiphany moment for Furries. Even his Zootopia review doesnt touch on it. Mind you he's too busy jerking off over the racial subtext of the film.
Once again we can be eternally grateful he wasnt a sega fanboy.

Doesn't Mario have powerups that make him wear tanuki, frog and cat fursuits though? Last time I checked he did.

Bob acts as if Mario has never made any bad games. I take it you haven't played any of the CD-I games? How about Mario Is Missing or Mario Teaches Typing? Every video game franchise known to man has had at least one game which didn't stack up to the rest.

Oh God, I think this is where I first heard of Moviebob, and, knowing what I know now about him, especially through Brick By Brick, a lot of it is just funny, especially in the first video where:

1:18 - "I have little patience for the console wars now and I have no patience period in re-fighting the console wars of three generations ago."

3:20 - 3:25 - "You can Mario many things, but cool has never been one of them."

5:22 - Goes on about on the conflict about Sonic's identity between the U.S. and Japanese versions.

And that's not even covering the stuff in the second video.

It won't be a bad game to Bob unless it is Mario FPS.

How would he react to this video? Anger towards Screwattack for canning his ass twice? Sadness for a time when he leeched off more popular websites? Fervent denial?

Oh I'm sure Bob would find some way to defend those games (Namely the "It's got Mario in it!" excuse).
Blah, blah, blah, "icon who can do no wrong" blah, blah, blah, FPS games suck on principle, blah, blah, blah.

TL;DR Bob spergs out about millenials giving it better reviews because nostalgia/international conglomerates demand so, but then goes on to say that the 90s Turtles movies were better. :story:

He also tries to backtrack his Megan Fox "blow-up doll" comment.

Well to be fair, he isn't completely wrong. But all three of them? Last I checked, even fans of the first two hate the third with a passion.

Does Bob have a similar fascination with the Turtles that he has with Mario and we just don't know about it? Or is it just him forcing another opinion down our throats? Also, isn't Bob, for all intents and purposes a millennial reviewer? Yeah he was born in the 80s, but that doesn't really change the fact that he panders to the new generation of teens and SJWs.

He supports them as long as their opinions align with his worldview, but the second they infringe on one of his spergy interests he'll throw them under the bus. I reckon he'd be more concerned and upset if Sarah Butts insulted Mario Bros 3 than he ever would that she's a pedophile.

I can see that happen. "Mrs. Butts has sinned gravely by insulting the holy name that is Mario 3!"

I mean, forget the fact that she's a pedo. Opinions about old video games are more important than the public's safety.

From what I've seen, I think Bob just has a raging boner for a 80's stuff. He probably sees most of the things from then as better regardless of quality.

That's rich coming from a guy who has a massive nostalgia-boner for the Raimi Spider-Man films to the point where it prevented him from enjoying the latest two.
