i haven't attempted to file anything internet related. it's much too difficult with little chance of success. at the moment, the most realistic filing i have is discrimination against the police and fbi for refusing to investigate the criminal allegations. congress is most likely going to need to act before there is enough law for cyberbullying victims to invoke and get any justice served.
