The judge is probably going to strike this document, refer Ralph to the self-help counter, and give him a chance to re-file it. Vickers said Ralph forgot to file something with it, which probably prevents the judge from considering it on the merits.

As I was reading Ralph's court documents, I thought "I didn't realise Ralph had a restraining order against Vickers. I thought it was just Vickers who had the restraining order against Ralph", now after reading comments in this thread, I see that I remembered that correctly, but that Ralph is such a fucking idiot, he thought the restraining order was mutual.

It’s a stipulated order. The terms are mostly mutual, but there are some additional people Ralph is bound from attacking, like other members of the Vickers family.

Ralph has the right to ask the judge to issue an order to show cause, but the fact that Ralph believes Vickers may have violated the order isn't a defense for any violations that Ralph may have made.

Has Vickers filed for his own OSC yet? Ralph “demeans” Matt Vickers at will, so I kinda forgot about this order.

Oh what a pathetic read it was. Ralph must have been on his hormone-imbalanced hyped up estrogen period when he wrote that whining piece of crap for the court. What a cry baby, and has earned the rarely used title of being a true "poofter" with all the insult such a title carries.

I've no doubt the Judge will be unimpressed with some things Vickers has done but all in all will be more concerned with the actual case.

For a guy who claims a tough guy approach, I can't think of a more sad piece of crap to have on file in a court room. I'm only surprised he didn't blame his drugs and alcohol abuse on Vickers while he was at it.

The judge will no doubt request a copy of Ethan's various police reports, RO request and Asylum papers he filed when he Feld to Mexico fearing for his life from the ruthless and sinister Vicker & Co who have been protected by the United States government.
