I initially assumed the clips were using a custom AI live filter based on the stark contrast from his 'Why I Like Children' video where he is a lot more reserved. I think people are going a little overboard on the AI point.
Listening to the audio, I see none of the key characteristics of AI cloning.
No "Scratchiness", no awkward pronunciation, no odd inflections, no steadiness of emotional inflections
