As an aside, I've always found the whole "rent free" thing to be a retarded point of argumentation. It implies that it's dumb to care or think about something negative at all, like how dare someone think about things. What really matters is how someone responds outwardly to something, not whether they think about it in the first place.

I’m currently working through the entire Harry Potter series as bedtime stories for my kid and we’re on Book 5.

For non Pottertards, by this point in the story Voldemort has returned but the establishment are unwilling to believe this, meaning Harry is treated like a nutter and the Ministry of Magic send an absolutely loathsome character called Umbridge to work at Hogwarts to undermine Dumbledore. This character basically tortures Harry for telling the truth and stops teaching defensive magic properly, so Harry and his friends have to create a club which meets in secret to practise spells that might save their lives one day. Umbridge gets wind of this and bans groups of more than 3 students meeting up, as well as a load of other oppressive rules, which turns the school into a miserable place with no freedom.

As I was reading this to my kid I was really reminded of the ways feminist groups have either had to meet/ communicate in secret or been subject to harassment and intimidation, attempts to get them shit down. The punishment of dissenters for telling an unpleasant truth also felt very familiar

I wonder if anyone's going to screech at how Dumbledore's Army is pretty much a stand-in for Kiwi Farms to the rest of the Wizarding World Internet.
