I believe Vinelink was pretty clear he was already released, so maybe they just got around to filing the actual order. This might (or might not) just reflect what's already happened. Orders have shown up on this docket after the event they caused before.
Vinelink has said "Released by Court Order" for several days now.Huh. So maybe he hasn't actually been released until today?
The epo was only a temporary restraining order and since he's not being charged with rape I don't see any reason the court would do that. Barb could have filed for a restraining order against him but I don't know if those records are public. We don’t know. One would think he’s legally banned from anywhere Barb is, but Chris gets away with a lot.
Precisely. Don't bother chris. Some cringey ween will inevitably do that. You heard the man.
Indeed, the case page is known for being pretty damn slow at getting updated. It is also unfortunate that it often displays the date the order was added to the page, instead of the date the order actually happened.I believe Vinelink was pretty clear he was already released, so maybe they just got around to filing the actual order. Could the fact that the docket was updated 3 separate times on the day Vinelink reported Chris was out of custody cast some doubt on this?I believe Vinelink was pretty clear he was already released, so maybe they just got around to filing the actual order.
What bail?Well, its been exactly a week since his bail, so...
Her family seems to have taken over, and it would make sense for them to file one.Barb could have filed for a restraining order against him
Seeing as how he's still radio silent and is b& from the hoard house, "free" may not be entirely accurate. The Teflon Tard once again walks free
I have worded it poorly, should have said since his "release" or just the fact that he's been marked as "bonded out".What bail?
Everybody mind their P's and follow their Q's.Don't bother chris. Some cringe ween will inevitably do that.
Vinelink is probably more accurate and up to date, since it's specifically for victims to be notified of the release of inmates. The information also comes directly from the custodial authority.Indeed, the case page is known for being pretty damn slow at getting updated. It is also unfortunate that it often displays the date the order was added to the page, instead of the date the order actually happened.
However, it's a bit strange that Chris is still noted as "in custody" on the docket, even after today's update.
I also wonder what the "other" pleading/order could be.
Possibly but Vinelink has said he's released on court order for days. That comes straight from the jail. I think they'd know where the guy they've had behind bars for over a year is more than the court would.Could the fact that the docket was updated 3 separate times on the day Vinelink reported Chris was out of custody cast some doubt on this?

The prosecutor and/or Heilberg could easily point out that a lot of Chris' problems stem from the fact that he is terminally online and broadcasts his entire life to it. People online have convinced him of doing the dumbest things imaginable and it could very well be deemed for his safety that he stay off while in the group home. This is of course subject to the group home. I would also like to point out that while the SCOTUS deemed it unconstitutional to ban people from the internet, they are willing to make exceptions and have requested States make more specific laws in regards to banning internet use.Edit : No you can't be legally banned from using it at least not in America. It actually used to be possible however, in 2017 the Supreme Court ruled that it's unconstitutional and violates freedom of speech even in cases where the offender was a pedophile and used the internet to commit the crime. However all of this is a moot point anyways, since Chris's crime did not involve the internet. The group home however can restrict his internet usage if they choose to.
He didn’t though, Chris is far too egocentric to not have himself plastered onto the internet a leaked Imgur hack in 2013 reveals that even in 2012 Chris was still actively posting on Facebook whenever he could in and out of court hearings. It was mundane shit but he couldn’t not bitch about stuff without exploding I think.Chris took almost a year off after Bob died. I don't know why people say this.
because it was unfunny and not worth mentioning, people ignoring your dumb posts means you should use that as an incentive to do better. Otherwise you face further ridicule if you do get mentioned, post better and then you’ll get the respect you want, respect is earned.I can't help but notice nobody liked or replied to my question of whether anyone thinks Chris and Barbara did some lines of Bob's ashes between lovemaking sessions
