So he is lucky his live stream didn't get struck or removed (lucky or rather preplanned I wonder) Whcih makes me wonder his full stream should contain the song right? So even if they are private he could get a strike there. While he is not lying about a thrid strike claiming his channel he has way more protection then the avergae Youtuber. He IS a partner after all. And the counternotification extend the grace period. Given how calm he seems this is either a piggie ops to milk extra money for whatever real emergency is going on (are there promotion events in the SF card game? Or perhaps in WWEC?) Or he is now under dentractor assault to which i only want to say: KARMA!

i like the zoo video, where phil is recording the elephants freaking out, and phil is just "LOOK. LOOK. THEY'RE DANCING!" and someone just quietly goes "They only do that when they're stressed out." to which phil responds with several seconds of silence before going "they're dancing...."

Dude do you go that video somewhere? If so that would explain sooo much as to why Piggy only goes out once every five weeks cause he's such a cowardly bitch to be called out for being a morahn.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and say all this is really happening. Him deleting those videos was smart as if they were the cause of the strikes, he needed to purge them all to avoid further strikes being applied.

Him taking his day off like usual isn't as telling as you think. Again, assuming this is all true and really happening, his "day off" might be what he needs to plan and figure out backup plans. He probably needs a lot more gin too to manage this traumatic time in his life.

I know next to nothing about this whole copyright thing so I have some questions.

Even if DSPGaming gets taken down Phil can still continue on one of his other channels right? And the only thing he will lose is add revenue on his autistic backlog of video right?

If some trolls is doing this whole thing to take down Phil why only do 2 strikes? If it's for the cover song why noy strike every single podcast that use it and burry him in strikes in one go?

I got a copyright claim on my version of House of the rising sun, yes it's their song but I play it bard-style, noone would be fooled to think it's Eric Burdon and the animals...

That claim (if piggy's telling the truth, which I doubt) is most likely just YT's bots hearing it and claiming it due to it resembling the original, but piggy o/c claims it's detractors/trolls and so on... (could even be one of his fans wanting piggy to get some extra money due to them feeling bad for him...)

Then there's also a manual claim, which clearly you need to be a bit more "in the know" than your average detractor to use:

Re the flagging drama: I hope it's legit but will be holding out any hopes until I see results. Fuck me I'll have to watch those again. When PoP was restreaming his vlog shit it was some of the most hilarious autism I've ever seen from him. Public interactions with Phil are fucking hilarious because of how submissive he gets. There's one clip in Chicago or some city where he is at a metal sculpture with a bunch of tourists and gets scammed by some black guy asking for donations. You can hear how nervous he is and if he wasn't holding a camera I'd bet he'd be chewing his fingers.
