I'm still not convinced he was doing any drugs. Maybe the usual Adderall and alcohol that most streamers his age do, but certainly not meth or heroin. I think it's a lot more likely that he just took a vacation and it gave him an excuse to spend 30% of the lawsuit money without being called a thief. I see dozens of opiate addicts every day and Lucas never showed the outward symptoms of heroin addiction. We've got a lot more evidence proving he's a chronic liar than we do evidence that he abuses hard drugs.

Isn't strep terrifyingly tough? I remember as a kid listening to a radio drama where a character died of strep throat. I was always under the assumption it was incredibly powerful if you didn't control it quickly enough. Maybe I shouldn't but I kinda feel bad for them, they weren't keffals at least.

The one time I had it it was goddamn awful. There was literally blood, like my throat was blistering, and it was excruciatingly painful even to have a small sip of water. They gave me an antibiotic called Avelox though and just the first pill cleared it up literally within hours. This was before a generic was available and without insurance it would have cost something insane like $200 a pill.

To be fair, ANY infection can kill you for several reasons.

A brief PSA for you kiwis: infections can kill you, but... they are totally preventable:

-any small open wound: wash it. don't need to cover it if it's small but don't expose it.
-if its' not small, cover it and go to ER quick.
-tooth cavities: go to a doctor as soon as posible. Once in a while, wash your mouth with antibacterials or even normal water and some salt.
-ask doctors for the appropriate antibiotics for each infection. Some are stronger than others, some act against very specific types of bacterias.
-Most flu last up to three days. More than that, go to a doctor. It's not a normal flu.
-wash your hands often.

Remember, a healthy kiwi is a more efficient shitposter.
