Eh I think they're still cute, if I were 10 years younger I'd assume they were butches and try to chat them up, and probably get screamed at for being heccin problematic and TERFy.

The moment the shirts come off would ruin the appeal for most people, I think, because the scars on these two are really bad, as it looks like their torsos have been ripped open from an industrial accident and then crudely sewn back together, and the fibrotic tissue build-up looks painful. The really horrible thing is that I heard that a lot of FTMs have permanent numbness or nerve pain in their chests in the aftermath of the surgery.

The mastectomies that they do on pooners always look like quick and dirty chop-shop jobs compared to the ones that they do on women for medical reasons like breast cancer.

As opposed to women with breast cancer and get their boobs removed, from what I remember seeing they usually aren't very noticeable, especially NOT to this degree. It's become obvious to me that the mutilation factor IS PART OF THE APPEAL. This is some real cenobite shit going on here.

With cancer surgeries you'll have checkups to make sure the cancer's all gone at the very least, and still be in the system.

im going to say it is this; if this was Q&A i would mark this the solution. we have already seen most trannies cant even follow a daily routine of soap and water, let alone aftercare for a surgery. then, you have the fact they probably go to the cheapest cowboy surgeon they can find. it is literally the real life version of Dr. Nick. there seems to also be no real over sight, regulation, nor even basic care about how these procedures go when it comes to tranny stuff. so there is zero surprise that these surgeries usually turn out terrible.
