I don't think they're stans, they know the risk that this type of shit (Coomalot's bad jokes) can bring: the vtuber's graduation.
There are also a few things to keep in mind that would be known to both Nick and Faggelot, in that Phase as a company was very restrictive about collabs in the past which is why they blocked the Nick-Pippa one back in the day that Nick is butthurt about. Pippa was a major reason why Phase ended up being more open about these kind of things, so this kind of dumb shit hurts any future potential collabs for both Pippa and any other Phase talents with riskier members outside the vtuber space, and it's something he clearly new and so did Nick.

Now considering it resulted in members of Phase being banned from Twitter and him gloating about it, it's a bad sign for future content. Though even some indie vtubers canceled collabs with him because of this as he's that much of a faggot.

With added context of Coomalot creeping on her I do reconsider my opinion and have no issue thinking that he's a shit stirring asshole. But in a general sense I don't think the average person would understand why posting a pic like that of a v-tuber would be more of an issue than doing that joke with anyone else.

Edit: Having looked through the v-tuber thread and seeing my previous opinion that Coomalot wasn't intentionally malicious at the start is shared by Flamenco, I definitely had the wrong initial take.

Back to Rackets, I see he had a stream on Locals today where he showed off that manly bod. It must be hard snagging all that sun with his heat allergy.

When lefties claim they get death threats online, people like rekieta and camelot brushes it off cause its 'just the internet'.
But when it happens to them, they seem to have no qualms waving that 'woe is me' flag either.

Camelot is now doing a pity party stream with lofti. Can't be bothered to watch it but I have no doubt he will be doing another pity party with nick this friday or sooner.

Edit: That said, despite my namesake, seeing Pippa graduate because of this would be great and extremely entertaining just because of the shitstorm it will generate. I don't have much of an attachment to pippa because I'm actually Kalea #29 after all.

So will V-tube fans just not follow someone offsite at all? Is that why the graduation thing is seen as such a big deal? Surely you'd think that Pippa has been around long enough to have an audience that would follow her?

Announcing you got death threats on the Internet is basically an appeal to emotions of you fanbase. If you take that seriously and the message is actually someone posting your address, their location, and whatever than call the cops don't play it for clout.

Someone messaging you "kys" or whatever isn't an actual threat. Don't treat this shit like Patrick Tomlinson and you'll be fine. Actual intimidation and threats usually aren't involved during gay Internet spats Western vtuber fans don't have 1/5th the crazy that Eastern vtuber and anime voice actress fans have. Those niggers can be actually insane enough to figure out locations based on reflections in peoples eyes and momentary background noises.

Yeah it being Coomalot and everyone knowing what he is about kind of adds an implication to having a photo of a woman at his house. Being Coomalot there is the implication that "something" happened.
It's really weird and gross and it would be weird even if it wasn't Camelot. I don't know how far Pippa is supposed to be from him but unless they're from the same area the optics of her flying out to his place should really be obvious, and I don't buy Camelot if he says it's wasn't to him, just like I don't buy that his awkwardly worded apology was coincidental.

Both Camelot and Nick should know that considering Nick was still seething about rumors generated by staying in the same hotel suite as Camelot many weeks after the fact.

I get that the vtuber fans and management are generally insane (and that was my guess as to what was happening until I went to the vtuber thread and saw the offending Tweet for myself) but this one isn't really on them.

When lefties claim they get death threats online, people like rekieta and camelot brushes it off cause its 'just the internet'.

It's flagrant hypocrisy that would have been frankly shocking even a couple months ago but it's nothing unusual now.

It's not even like Nick's "wall" comment where there was actual venom in it, it's clearly a joke.

It's good he finally accepted he offers nothing to pippa. She gets more viewers on yt on average and a multiple of his superchats from both yt and rumble combined. All he'd do is be a creepy old man and piss of her viewers.
If her management actually decided that Rekieta was too much of a liability for her to collaborate with but Camelot (who ended up being a massive liability) wasn't, maybe this was another missed opportunity for reflection.

People will still follow a stream to a new identity, but there are a few things to keep in mind. If they leave a corpo they're a lot less likely to be about to collab with people in that corpo, and there are some good streams where Pippa introduces members of Phase to things like Chris Chan and more. It's also less likely they'll be able to collab with other corpo talents.

Some end up leaving the industry as well because it's a pain to rebuild and they're no longer getting some of the merch splits, and it's important to keep in mind that the corpo owns the stories the person tells while piloting the character, which probably isn't heavily enforced in itself, but if there's enough of a link to their old corpo persona they could get slapped with a C&D.

Corpos also provide new models, sponsor deals, etc which an indie talent usually can't get on their own, as well as paying for a lot of the tech the streamer uses. Oh, and corpos like Phase goes to conventions with booths as well as doing 3D Augmented Reality things, where people like Pippa an others will do panels as an augment reality using a mo-cap suit from their house. There's a whole lot of stuff that a corporation does for the people working there, it's not like old MCNs that just drain money.

VTuber fans absolutely would and already do follow their favorites wherever they go, it's just that kayfabe envelops the industry so heavily that publicly talking about other aliases and/or previous characters is often said to be "doxing" (colloquially refered to as 'roommateposting' in the sphere) and so other gigs/personas just end up being huge open secrets with the common unspoken rule being to not bring it up in public places. The reason graduations are a big deal is because it's seen as the end of the specific character being played & the death of their community, which a lot of people had grown attached to. Alongside that, oftentimes all of a VTuber's videos/streams/tweets/etc., literally everything on their official social medias/channels, are completely wiped. Even if the person "reincarnates", i.e. starts streaming again under a new name, they are usually contractually bound to never acknowledge their previous persona. It's essentially a big hassle for everyone involved.

I had quoted some portion of Spaded Dave's quite relevant posts earlier on, but seems I have managed to overwrite them and so not sure where I would've grabbed it. Oops.

Nick's Creator rant regarding the tragedy of being nipped by the Clipper pirahnas were more revealing than I think he could realize due to his immaturity.

Something I've picked up from his moveset is he loves to reframe his own internal running narratives/monologues as guidance(!) towards other Creators. Largely, he's talking about himself as the small, innocent, easily wounded streamer, but he's disguising his inner child with business speak from a pseudo-professional. His skin is so thin, it's practically translucent.

Example:

By stating that there's no objective point to go after the Clippers, he's admitted the game is rigged so to speak and he can't avoid undesirable narratives.

He's also unintentionally admitted if something could be done about the clippers without him exposing himself as a complete twit AND not having to file a lawsuit, he would've likely done so by now. The argument was that one can't, not that they shouldn't.

His advice is often watered down to such a degree it's not possible to tell where he gets his "wisdom" from but it's enough to draw upon the empathic reserves of his audience. More parasitic behaviorial patterns on behalf of the Creator but it's quite revealing as to what he feels his current needs, motives and objectives are when hearing his advice (to himself) as he deflects it to others.

Theoretically, it could also serve as a way to put himself emotionally above his audience where he feels more empowered, making him feel he still has control and also making it harder to criticize since "I'm just giving advice, geez!".

In prior days, this weird quirk could be worked down to being part of his charm, but no more. I figure others have since learned his "guidance" is often a claptrap of narcissistic code that signals issues that really get under his skin and helps veil his deeply entrenched victim mentality.

His situation wouldn't be a problem for most channels anyway unless they're doing something truly pitiful. Someone taking the piss out of other Youtubers and how they presents themselves is not worth filing a notice or even mentioning. The better advice would be to instruct others how to keep their grift above board, how to take apart good advice and manage a channel professionally so that they don't end up looking like pricks or running their channels into the ground like some kind of imbecile.

But!... if you are an aspiring streamer who wants to encounter all the petty drama he keeps warning people about, then I suggest to follow his advice: Be as defensive as humanly possibly mentally and emotionally, make it your life's work to complain, then cater only to your needs and never take advice or make changes based on what may aid or guide your audience to stick with you and grow. And when they do stick by you, make sure to complain bitterly whenever they want to check in with you to see if everything is OK and ask when you next plan to stream. Don't take that as a compliment, see it as an opportunity to seethe.
This is a how a proper clip should be made. Elissa Clips needs to take copious notes.
A little confused though. Isn't Divinity friends with Rekieta? Are we seeing detractors brave enough to call out the lies.................. or is it that you just can't look away from this car wreck any longer?
To be quite fair, Jude, Div likely has embraced her Clairvoyance for the inner trailer trash and seems to have a skill for sensing it in others. I believe this to be the one key trait that makes her stand out amongst the big crowd of lawtube clippers. She can play the victim card just as well, if not better, as the people she is clipping from as we've seen from the Faraning of her channel. That's a skill most only unlock from their Grifter skilltree further down the line and she's managed it quite successfully so early on. I've always thought her trajectory would be very interesting.

Unstable connection for days (and possibly days to come). Hopefully this gets through okay.

Null's MATI on June 20th, 2023 showcased an FTM who was giving people a lesson on how to deal with trolls. Point 2 is to know that people who you consider to be trolls are just jealous and are "miserable" and go out of their way to say malicious and hurtful things, and they do so from the safety of behind a screen. Sound familiar?

Null also speculates that it's more of a woman-brain thing.

Null's MATI on June 23rd, 2023 featured Chantal aka Foodie Beauty who shared a similar take.

Nick's awful Tiger Woods analogy from April 2023 was book-ended by similar sentiments from both Nick and Drexel. Drexel calls them "miserable" and sets Nick up with a totally-not-rehearsed bit on Tiger Woods (I'll spare you as it's already been discussed on this thread and by Null).

Basically, miserable people can't stand other people's success and will therefore seek to tear them down out of anger and jealousy until they are as unhappy as they are. They have expressed these sentiments before, so this is an established part of their worldview. Nick even wrote an essay on it, apparently.

Drexel (once again) brings up his anti-online anonymity position and (once again) claims that the critics could be shamed into silence if their browser history was made known.

The people discussed above are so weak that the only way they can cope with criticism is to create a narrative in which people who criticize them are insane, miserable, and jealous cowards in order to feel secure in themselves and that the criticism can be safely ignored. This is ironic because the individuals who use this cope are alleging that their ciritics are the one inventing narratives about them (them being one person), while somehow they can discern the personal details of their legion of "haters". Funny stuff.

Side Note: Those who would agree with Null's speculation that this is more woman-brained behavior will likely agree that this says a lot about Nick and Drexel as men.

TLDR:

This is like some 2010s facebook incel cringe where some loser makes a post about him and the hottest girl in school going to prom. Then she sees the post goes "Ew NO" and the next forty comments are the whole school clowning on him. I swear I've seen screencaps of just this situation.
I could not think of a more perfect way to describe the situation. BRAVO!

Back to Rackets, I see he had a stream on Locals today where he showed off that manly bod. It must be hard snagging all that sun with his heat allergy.
I've noticed the heat allergy comes and goes, particularly when it comes to sun bathing and going in a hot tub.

I did some medical research (not a doctor, but M.D. via google search) and found heat allergies............. commonly known as "sun rash" or "heat rash"................. appear like large hives on the skin. These rashes can also be seen in other medical conditions........................ particularly ALCOHOLISM.

This is a how a proper clip should be made. Elissa Clips needs to take copious notes.
While her clips aren't transformative, after his thinly veiled threat, I say go for the gonads and fucking upload his entire locals streams. Fuck 'em! lol.

You don't think it's because she's a woman? Isn't this the same one who was fighting with Faran and both ran to Nick? And then he did an incoherent sphiel on stream about it...but I don't remember how that ended other than Faran bailing out of 'sektur'.

That's the trouble with interacting with women online creators or whatever. They will eventually start a cat fight and then they stop and turn their heads towards you and expect you to pick a side. If you don't pick theirs, you're now their enemy LOL.

I'm assuming you're referring to her Gift of Divine Trash Seeking... then yes, perhaps you're right that particular skill can only be unlocked by a female Grifter class. The same specialization required to star in most "-wives" reality gook, etc.

Divinity was struck by Faran and Uncivil Law, iirc. I haven't watched her in a while because I've been watching less YT overall, but she does not always pass clues to her intentions. She also does not share the same filters as the other clippers (arguably she has few filters). Her analysis seems limited to when it's interesting for her to jump in and arguably that's largely when blood is in the water. She networked like crazy to get other smallfish channels (Madcore, etc) and users to spam Lawtube personalities with heartfelt pleas through twitter/social when her channel was attacked. She is much more willing to be aggressive as a clipper and go for the throat but she plays her cards right up until the interest is there in doing so. She may not care about being the first to start a detractorship with other channels.
Wait until he finds out anime women aren't real! He was owned by someone's Japanimated emotional blow up doll. So sad. There's no lube that exists for emotional wounds.

Divinity was wanting Nick to comment on the situation when her and Faran got into it. Divinity and others in her circle were superchatting Nick while on stream with Camelot in Vegas to pick a side. Many forget that Chrissie Mayr also struck Divinity so they were superchatting Nick about Chrissie, too. Nick said he wasn't going to "look at the situation" until he got back home.

Nick gets home. Nick was on some trial stream and Divinity superchatted again. He said that he would respond in his show that night, and said "clip channels might not be happy with what I have to say." That's when Divinity released the video showing Faran's text message about Nick and the swinger stuff. Faran issued an apology tweet and left the scene. Divinity superchatted Nick $300 saying she was sorry, to which Nick said thanks and moved on.

EDIT:
Chibitzen:
She is much more willing to be aggressive as a clipper and go for the throat but she plays her cards right up until the interest is there in doing so. She may not care about being the first to start a detractorship with other channels.
One tidbit Divinity said on a stream (I think with Faran, or she said it in a video) was that "Nick only had her on his show once and never asked her back again." She seemed relatively pissed about it. She might have released the text with or without the Faran drama, but the drama was a good excuse to, maybe?

You're right on the aggressiveness. Divinity burns a lot more bridges with that aggression tho, which has ultimately left her with every lawtuber avoiding her and her circle like herpes. Elissa plays her cards much better by staying neutral in her clipping. Divinity adds text commentary when necessary, but as you stated, she'll only jump in when there's blood in the water and she wants in.

This is such a fantastic illustration of Nick's utter lack of competence at lawyering. I know he doesn't actually practice law any more, and he clearly has no intention of ever practicing law ever again, but I have no idea at all why you'd post that response.

Firstly, it's pointless. You're just showboating. Maybe if you WON you might want to read it, to illustrate the brilliance of your arguments or some such shit, but why the hell would you read it while the thing is still under consideration? It just adds insult to injury.
The clip by Divinity is very good because it illustrates Nick's hypocrisy on this front. As many people have pointed out, Nick vacillates between demanding strict adherence to rules and demanding wiggle room based on whether or not it is favorable to him.

Rekieta's position makes literally zero sense. Rekieta claimed in January that Schneider was acting like a "cunt", presumably for ignoring Nick's attempts to contact him, attempts which continued until at least January 13 (when Rekieta turned up at Schneider's office to look for him, according to a motion Rekieta filed with the court later that same day).

Now that it's convenient for him, Nick claims he should be treated as someone who was represented by counsel starting from some time before January 18. But if he was represented as of January 13 Nick was putting Schneider at risk of breaking ethics rules himself by communicating with Nick about a matter in which he was represented by counsel. I'm not sure what Nick believes the magic date where he became represented by an attorney was; if he's said it, I missed it.

The trope about how any lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client has never been more true than in this case. I'm not so sure how Nick screwed up a routine motion for extension so badly. He could have just had Randazza email Schneider and he might have agreed to an extension anyway.

So will V-tube fans just not follow someone offsite at all? Is that why the graduation thing is seen as such a big deal? Surely you'd think that Pippa has been around long enough to have an audience that would follow her?
Once a vtuber graduates, their YT/Twitch channel and every content they've made gets deleted. The talent isn't allowed to keep the 3D model and everything related to it.
I watch Pippa's streams but if she were to graduate and go full independant with a new persona, I wouldn't follow because she really needs a guy like Sakana to tard wrangle her.

Camelot is a massive faggot who is afraid of two small white women who play cartoon characters online.
If Tenma was going after me I would be scared too, lol
