How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

It's some of the dumbest shit ever, how do reviewers not implode from hypocrisy when their stories do the exact same shit, but worse, than the things they're complaining about in their reviews?

No idea. That's why I don't like doing reviews.

Back on topic: Should we start a betting pool when Chipman is going to lose a foot?

I've said it before and I'll say it again: we never see Bob below the knees.

He's slowly transforming into a Hutt
more like the fat vampire in Blade.

The defense always seems to be that their skits are intentionally/ironically bad, but of course that only works when you could do better if you tried. Doesn't help that TGWTG-tier reviewers always stretch their bits out longer than necessary, which ruins comedic timing.
Many skits would be salvagable if they would just cut them down to a few seconds, but I guess after spending all that time and effort on the footage they'd rather have something that's long and unfunny than something that's short and funny (and even if it isn't, at least it's over quickly).

They think they're artists, not autists so they feel compelled to try and make it as long and drawn out as possible.

Didn't Linkara's last movie have an attempt at deep drama about his spaceship or something?

I don't follow his stuff, but I remember that his little toy gun has the soul of a dead girl inside it from when people used to mock him more.
Spent 10 seconds trying to watch his movie again-- why is it all, and bob does this, all the reviewers with stories are just frustrated angry and exasperated at everything?

Hope this clears things up:

In October 2010 finale, Linkara is treated to several malicious hallucinations, and is eventually pulled into the Other World. After managing to make it out of his room, he is attacked by the creature known as the Dolorem, the personification of the girl's rage and hatred. The Dororem convinced Linkara that he was the father of the girl and responsible for her death. Linkara, horrified and wracked with guilt, attempted to kill himself with the Magic Gun. However, the girl intervened, implying that she wanted him to live, and even thinks of him as a partner, and friend. Now sane and innocent of the Delorem's claims, Linkara then came back to his senses and destroyed the creature with the help of the girl's soul. While it was revealed that the Delorem attacked due to the intervention of Lord Vyce and Mechakara, a mysterious book was found in the room where he was attacked, full of mysterious poetry and references to a 'lost beast'.

Over the course of the next year, Linkara studies the book further, and, it is revealed during the ending of Silent Hill: The Grinning Man that the gun was created by a Silent Hill-based cult that had begun to worship the Entity, lead by Whately. After Linkara, his holographic duplicate, Iron Liz and 90's Kid dispatch the Pyramid Head guards, Linkara lets the girl in the gun have final judgement on her killer after he cannot remember her name. She has her revenge, and Whatley is seemingly vaporized.

During the intro of Pokemon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu, the Entity, having been masquerading as 90's Kid for almost a year, reveals himself and, when Linkara threatens him with the magic gun, he simply absorbs the gun itself, being made from a part of his own power. However, after Linkara talks the Entity into killing itself, the gun returns safe and sound, along with all others who were taken.

Sorry for Off-Topic.

The best thing that can happen to someone that works at TGWTG is too leave. I think the work of LordKat, Phelous, and Lupa rose considerably when they weren't limited to Doug and Rob Walker's draconian vision for the site.

Also, they don't do story stuff in their reviews, for the most part.

Toy guns with backstories seem to be an autism staple.

Bob, Linkara, hell even Chris has his megatron gun.

Don't forget :jace:

I do remember reading on his blog that Linkara wanted to write an episode guide book a la MST3K, cause lord knows they aren't influenced by anything else. On the other hand, we wouldn't have to watch his videos to make fun of his limited writing skills.
