I don't know quite how to describe it, but in my experience there's an air of bureaucracy that lends to many of them not getting the care that would really help them (Chris Chan and several other lolcows come to mind) bc they're tough to handle and at the end of the day the biggest concern is not getting sued, as opposed to the actual best interest of the person you're trying to care for.

Tofu has its uses. Generally it's just a way to add protein to a dish, since it essentially just tastes like whatever is already in the dish.
