That's what I never understood, the only things I see about him that Dax and Nick point to is that he's black and made a comic the might suck or not. Even if the writing sucks, it's not exactly funny, there are tons of comics that suck but aren't worth making fun of, and people clearly are willing to pay for it and he's able to fulfill the orders. The only thing I can think of besides that is sometimes he sounds a bit dumb, but not funny dumb, just bad at expressing a statement which is also pretty average. Basically, Eric is just boring, but he's not doing anything like proclaiming his love of Balldos and other retarded shit, maybe that'll change, but right now it's just weird of Nick and co.
