Yes when I was in high school our soccer games started at 7:00 if they were a night game and foot ball was 6:00 but the teams didn’t get onto the field until 7:00 and didn’t finish until 9:00. Going to a theater event to support some friends they didn’t start until 7 as well.

Maybe you would know that events go past the usual towns curfew of you had… ya know… done some after school activities?

Trick or treat doesn't end until 8:30 or 9 in most places and basement dwellers are wondering how kids are out bowling at 7pm. Police have expanded the lockdown area to include Bowdoin, where he is supposed to have lived. He could have easily ran or walked home. Depending on where he lived it would probably be 5-12 miles from where he ditched the car

People will naturally (and rightfully so) speculate on whether this guy glows in the dark. Something to consider is the idea that these shootings, regardless of their "validity" as false flags, directly serve the interests of the federal government in disarming people like you and me. Without these publicized shootings, the government has nothing to point towards. They need bodies claimed by hands holding an AR-15, and I don't think they really care how they get there.

Veterans' plates are just a style of license plate a veteran can pay for in most states. They don't mean anything beyond hoping the cops let you off for running a stop sign. Certain disabled veteran plates in Maine can get you tax breaks on your vehicle or serve as identification for things like free access to State Parks at the gate. There are a lot of plates in Maine. One supports a children's hospital, wildlife fund, breast cancer, etc. The fees generally go to support the cause the plate is themed after. It's charity essentially.

IMHO, "glowing" doesn't have to mean the Feds are activating Manchurian Candidates to go kill people.

But it's a recurring trend that these mass shooters were known to the Feds and local LE as potential threats, and they have repeatedly stood by and done nothing. Nikolas Cruz, for example, was visited by the FBI about 40 times.

They refuse to step in because more dead bodies equal more sympathy for gun control. It's what their superiors want.

I know that casts fiendish aspersions upon the government, but it's not out of character when you recall lying about WMDs, pushing crack onto black communities, MK ULTRA, Fast and Furious, the Tuskegee Experiments, yadda yadda yadda.

And this isn't even illegal. SCOTUS case Warren v. DC (1981) says that LEOs are not legally liable if they fail to protect the public. Mentioning Parkland again, the Coward of Broward who didn't engage Cruz was acquitted of wrongdoing.

That means nothing. You cannot just surveil people 24/7 or preemptively lock them up. You can surveil them based on judge mandate or w/e it's called, for a while, but not forever. These shooters could well be decent citizens until they put their plan in motion or schizo out.
Keep in mind we live in a world of mental illness, drugs, psychiatric meds, deep unhappiness and frustration.
Going on rampages is as unsurprising as the sun rising each morning.
Suspicions against the governments are OK, but accusation without proof is still pointless.
There will be hundreds more shootings, it's inevitable, as societal fabric breaks down. As for if the 2nd will survive, who knows.
