My guesses:
Xbox continues to get games "first" aside from Activision stuff, but not locked into the system and will receive eventual ports depending on "market and developer needs."
Hi Fi Rush coming to literally everything. Switch, PS5, Steam, EGS. This is hardly a guess at all as dataminers have proved that as of a month ago this was the plan. Stick this one in free space.
Sea of Thieves coming too. This is the other game that gets consistently mentioned.
A third game gets announced as well at the same time of the others, don't know what it is, maybe Forza, maybe maybe MFS, maybe they get stuck with something like the last Gears game.
Unspecified future games coming as well! Though no names are dropped, its everything Bethesda except for Redfall (which will stop being updated pretty soon.)
Behind the scenes it is up to each team to decide whether to be multiplat or not. All Bethesda and ABK games end up being multiplat, the rumored Banjo game comes to everything as well, over time only failures get left behind as Xbox only.
Phil Spencer or whoever is in the video makes a statement that Microsoft strongly believes in Xbox's future and will continue to support it.
No hardware change announced at this time. If the Cuck X all digital corpo cuckold edition comes out it will be revealed elsewhere, this really isn't the place for it. The shift away from physical won't be announced here either. discs are still on shelves as of today and you don't want to discourage people from picking up the regular series X, best to just do that stuff behind the scenes and just not print discs going forward.
For what its worth, whoever made this decision either thinks that Microsoft has a strong enough on console product that it won't kill Xbox sales or doesn't care about Xbox's future and thinks Gamepass can find other ways into consumer's monthly bill pile. I disagree. You choose one console over another for its exclusives, or its ecosystem, and the Xbox user experience has by most reports been behind Playstation's for nearly a decade now. It really is going to be going out there with both of its legs cut off, especially outside of North America.
