Watching the video closely, you can see:
- The troon is going to the guy, even though other guys try to stop him.
- The other guy is smaller.
- Hard to see, but it seems the troon initiated the fight and throw the first punch. Although it's possible they has a row before and we just don't see ot in the video. At any rate, the troon walked to this guy, so even if they had fought before, he decided to come back and start the fight anew.
- The guys around try to stop the fight. The troon keep being aggressive and call the guy to keep fighting.
