I don't know. Josh is self aware enough to know that he shouldn't have kids. He's said many times that he's not in a position financially to have a child. So its sort of fucked if a hag takes advantage of him and gets him to impregnate her despite this. I was wondering this as well. It's his birthday month, he should be trying to rake in as much cash as he can but he hasn't streamed. That man used so little protection when she first arrived the neighbour probably got pregnant by proxy, not saying you're wrong, he has some self awareness, but all of it takes a backseat when in the presence of "prescription medication", alcohol, an almost decade long dry spell and his personal choice to just chase easy pleasure "less sentation down there dood".

At this point it's more of a matter of "will she last long enough in his good graces to get knocked up", because if yes it will be a horror show that hopefully ends in a miscarriage.
