I think there's way more female Cobra fans than you think. I kinda feel a tiny bit maternal towards the Boglim despite our being a similar age. I’ll give a bit of inside baseball on how the system works. Somebody refers Cobes for SSA fraud. Some IRS special agent may look into it and find he’s pulled maybe 100K over a few years. The agent presents the case to the local US attorney (AUSA) and they then tell him it doesn’t make the threshold. They decline it.

Cobes wont get into trouble unless he starts pulling in serious cash and some prosecutor can add it to their sheet.

many of the people on reddit have this weird thing where they cannot laugh at someone unless they are deemed a bad person. its very odd especially when people like cobes are involved.

i have had conversations with people who discovered cobes via reddit and they always have to bring up how he is an awful person before they say something he did made them laugh. or during this most recent NAL stuff they are against NAL being abusive to cobes but need to keep saying stuff like " i know he is an awful person but NAL was being a little harsh" they cannot just go "NAL was acting like an abusive psycho"

i just cannot understand why you need someone to be awful in order to laugh at them. it makes me wonder how many of them would have viewed old lolcows like fedsmoker who while crazy were entirely harmless and not bad people at all.

There are plenty of places I don’t wander into here on the Farms because I can’t stomach it. I’m a softie like that. But Cobes is harmless to everyone but himself. I agree with you about the IRS, and please forgive my sperging, but Social Security WILL get their pound of flesh if they deemed they over payed someone, like someone making more money than they reported while on SSI, they will send a notice that they'll bill you for what they overpayed. Even if it only adds up to a paltry $1000. NOW saying that, I think Clint's on top of all of our boy's finances and people have been talking about this forever. I doubt anything will happen with it and if it even does, he won't say anything about it.

you're spot on with this. it's not just Josh but all over reddit basically nothing can be funny unless the person is Nazi bad at least. It's really weird. makes me miss the days where everyone on the internet could just see someone do something weird or fuck up and laugh at it, instead it's like a phenomenon where people think they have to justify finding humor in something. which is stupid.

on the subject of cobra and reddit, I have a friend who follows him mainly through the reddit and I noticed his attitude towards him getting more hostile a year or two ago and I was like man, you spend too much time looking at him through the reddit filter. he's a harmless retard. he's never committed a rape, never beat up some chick for no reason, probably never even stole anything from a store. He's just a total idiot who can't function in society but found his niche arguing with strangers online about nothing, is generally a boring guy drinking and eating disgusting concoctions and watching YouTube compilations all day while he streams himself, who occasionally says some of the funniest nuggets of retard wisdom you've ever heard.

back when I started following him he was still a harmless idiot but the humor came from him bitching about his job at Wendy's, his total failures in his relationships, and the fact he was some tard who based his entire personality on the fact he smokes and likes the idea of being a goth rock star. He hasn't changed much.
