I don't think last time was an eviction notice, remember? He just got a "term of lease" where they didn't re-up his lease when it lapsed. And this time it may be a similar deal where they asked him, formally, to leave, but he's not fighting it so it won't show up as an "eviction" because, again, that's a legal process involving the courts, not just the landlord saying ok dude, you've got 30 days to fuck off.

I was one of the people that doubted he'd get evicted for a few loud nights. I was wrong, but I'm still genuinely shocked. This seems really extreme. People have screaming domestics in apartment complexes all the time. Maybe they were itching for a reason to kick him out because all the troles swatting/door dashing etc. was really annoying, but technically wasn't Josh's fault. Finally something happened that was his fault and they seized the opportunity.

I always thought that was just bog-speak for "terminated lease".

Sad we didn't get a sequel to "A LOT'S UP, JOSH".
No way Clint lets Cobes move in anywhere on the property.
His bog brain is gonna drop the address in no time to his audience (I'd imagine it's probably findable online but he'd make it even easier for people to find him.)

All it takes is Josh streaming from inside his new place and he'll be found. He doesn't even need to overshare, which he almost certainly will anyway.
